Why Ray Gorrell chose Chattanooga
This property is the perfect vacation spot for many reasons! Who doesn't love the river and the summer sun? Swimming all day then laying out to dry in the sun. The pavilion is perfect for grilling dinner after a long day on the water!

Clean, comfortable and close to Chattanooga
Nice condo. Great views of river. Would definitely stay here again.
Exactly what we were looking for
Fishing, kayaking, near trails, etc. It was perfect. It’s not a “world-class” resort as in perfect & shiny, it’s rustic type vacation. It’s the perfect getaway if you want a laid back vacation on the river, which is exactly what we wanted. Would caution if you have difficulty walking, there is a steep hill.
The location was even better in person than it was in pictures! Overall Chattanooga was a great place to visit and it was amazing to have this place to come back to after doing some of the tourist things about town.
The river was great and the deck overlooking the river was even better. The deck was very large as well. The living room/dining room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was not pictured in the ad but was really nice.
Would recommend to others.
Lovely quite getaway on the river
Quite and clean. Wonderful views and they even provided kayaks free to guests to use. Would stay again!
Stay was great, room was clean. Weather did not cooperate.
We enjoyed Ray's little place atop the hill with the great view of the river. Every one was extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect proximity to downtown Chattanooga. We loved the area and will certainly visit again. Our only wish would have been to have screens on both door walls to get some fresh air in the place. Thanks to Ray, and his staff. We really had a wonderful stay!!
