About the property

This is a fantastic Praia del Rey villa for your holiday on Portugal’s Silver Coast. Centrally located within Praia d’el Rey, Casa Ulla has 4 double bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, a large swimming pool which can be heated on request, a large garden, barbecue and outside dining for 8.

Entering Casa Ulla brings you in to a large open plan living and dining room with 2 sets of french doors opening out to the sunny garden and swimming pool. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms. A large double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. A twin bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. Both have french doors opening out to the garden.

Also downstairs is a well equipped kitchen with both a coffee filter machine and a Nespresso as well as the expected washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Upstairs you have a large master bedroom with a dressing area, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony looking over the garden and swimming pool. There is also a fourth bedroom with twin beds, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony again looking over the pool and garden.

Casa Ulla has a built in barbecue, outside dining and sun loungers. The villa is located a 5 minute walk from the Clubhouse, the 1st tee and the driving range. Beach access (in front of the Marriott Hotel) is a 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes by car.

Pool Heating is on request and is €150 per week payable when you arrive.

Praia d’el Rey also has a kids club operating in July and August and has 2 sections of beach which are lifeguarded in the summer. The Marriott Hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a Spa, all of which are available for guests to use at an additional cost. Pay as you go WiFi is available and guests can ‘top up’ with credit as needed.

Security Deposit We require a security deposit of €300 to protect against any accidental damage or breakages during your stay. You will receive a request to pay this 1-2 weeks before your holiday and it will be returned via Paypal within 7 days of your departure, provided everything is in order. There is no charge for these transactions provided the same amount is returned as was received. Don't worry if you do not have a Paypal account - select the Pay by Credit Card option. Directions We will email you with directions to your property both from and back to Lisbon Airport approximately two weeks before your arrival date. The keys to your property are collected from our office in Serra d'el Rei and information about that will be in the email - PLEASE PRINT THE DIRECTIONS AND BRING THEM WITH YOU. Check-in time Is from 4 pm and check-out time by 10 am. If you need to arrive earlier please let us know in advance.

Security deposit
We request a security deposit of €300 for every booking to cover the rare possibility of damage or breakages.
Payment for this is made via Paypal. You do not need to open a Paypal account to pay the security deposit and can pay this by credit card following the steps in the email. As long as no deductions need to be made for breakages or damage, the total amount will be returned to your account within 7 days of your holiday.

Pool heating is included in Peak Season rates. At other times it is an option extra and is €150 per week which is paid in cash on arrival.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
