Newly renovated #24 Harbour Mews consist of two comfy bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other a queen), one and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped and modernized kitchen, dining room, family or TV room, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer and all the modern conveniences and comforts of home, including broadband Internet and Wi-Fi, linen, cable TV, cooking utensils, central air condition, ceiling fans, marble and hardwood floors, nightly manned security, key pad entry to complex, daily garbage collection, beach access, pool, and mature gardens with turtle and Koi ponds. This condo is ideal for a family rental or two single couples. No smoking or pets.

Maria your condo was very charming and comfortable, everything needed to spent a quiet vacation away from crowded resorts yet close enough to everything else including downtown Nassau. Only one suggestion is to replace the cushions on the dining room table. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and will used it again the next time I visit the Bahamas. Had a Great Time!!!!!

The property itself is in need of renovations; the apartment is homely.
The outer property needs to be renovated. Since it is an older property there are some things which need enhancement. Tiles seem to be falling off the roof and need replacing. The outer garden needs work. Perhaps some new tables and chairs by the pool would encourage visitors to enjoy it. We looked at it one time and did not go back there.
The apartment itself needs some freshening up, in the bathroom - new towels and soap dispensers. The one there was old. That is fairly cheap to buy in TJMAXX or Marshalls or even Big Lots. The rack over the shower was also old and need repairing. Towels were old and over used and need replacement.
Otherwise, the apartment was fairly well maintained and it felt like going home everyday at the end of our meetings.
The unexpected description of our condo as “homely” is surprising and disappointing. While I agree that the towels and a few smaller items needed to be replaced; (a task we took care of as soon as I independently requested and received feedback from this guest), this is the first time our home did not meet or exceed the expectations of our guests. I sincerely apologize that was not the case this time, however, I am satisfied that the photos we’ve posted online of our home are a true representation of its Caribbean style, décor and influence.
The complex, and whole island is still recovering from Hurricane Mathew, which devastated the island in October 2016. These are individually owned condos, and renovations after an island wide disaster take time and is based on the owner’s discretion and insurance compensation. Unfortunately, most tasks move at a slower pace in the islands, especially after a major disaster.
We appreciate every and any feedback we receive, and look forward for every opportunity to improve our property and become better hosts.

- No discounts for holiday weeks: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. - there is a $140 cleaning fee which is left by the traveler in the apartment upon departure. This is collected by the local Bahamian housekeeper - there is also a 100.00 key deposit at check which is refunded when key is turned in at check out - all rates/prices are in US dollars (USD) - payments can be made using PayPal or VRBO [Visa] - arrival time is after 4 pm on arrival date (can be discussed with owner) - departure is 11am on departure date (can be discussed with owner Half of the rental is due upon booking. The balance plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
