Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with spacious garden lanai in the popular and conveniently located Alii Lani community. Two pools, spas, beautiful tropical landscaping enhance your stay in your home away from home.

Relax on the patio, in the shade of an umbrella over the patio table. while Barbecuing your favorite fresh fish.

The master bedroom has a California King bed w/ air conditioning and cable TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. You have extra guests? No problem, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Almost all the living room furniture is brand new in 2011, and the owners went with a tropical theme. In December of 2011, both of the bedrooms were repainted, and the DW was replaced with an ultra quiet Bosch. It is hard to tell it’s even on. There a wireless router in the unit connected to the cable broadband for internet connection. There are 2 assigned parking spaces near the condo.

Alii Lani has a 30 day minimum booking rule. You may stay less days however the price is the same, because we are required to maintain and block off the calendar for a minimum of 30 days per reservation.

Comfortable vacation condo

Convenient to town and to beaches. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs for exercise & relaxing. Comfortable condo with WiFi and cable, washer & dryer, 2 parking spots. Lani has colorful Ginger and other plants, a coffee tree and is a great place for morning coffee to start your day. Located at the rear of the complex away from traffic noise.

Perfect for a Family of 4

We spent the last five weeks of my wife's maternity leave at this 2 bed condo and had a great trip. The bedrooms were nice and there were plenty of kitchen amenities making it very easy to cook most of our meals at home. The two pools were fantastic - our two year old loved them. We also had a great time catching Gecko's on the back patio. The place was very quiet as it is located on a bottom floor in the back of the complex. Very convenient location with easy drives to multiple beaches, surfing, and snorkeling spots - we hit the beach every day of our trip. Overall it was comfortable and provided what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we felt the VRBO listing provided an accurate description of the property and we felt that it was a great and affordable rental.
