About Vacasa, CA- Inland Empire Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Big Bear cabin rental

  • 4 of 5

The house was in good shape overall, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with holes in springs and had to put cushions under it in order to sleep on it. The outside BBQ was filthy with mouse droppings and rust. BUT we still had a good time.

Nice cabin

  • 4 of 5

Nice enough cabin. No more statues. Hot tub was in great condition. Lots of police presence in this neighborhood pulling unruly folks over. Made us feel both safe and unsafe at the same time...probably better than other places on the mountain though.

Beautiful home above the treeline; watch the stars from the hot tub

  • 4 of 5

Beautiful location; beautiful home. We had an amazing time. There isn't a bad view from anywhere in the home. We enjoyed playing pool while looking out the large windows, and had an amazing time looking up at the night sky from the hot tub. We had coffee on the deck in the mornings and lounged on the sofas in the evenings. We will definitely be back. My only critic (and its minor) is that the grill set up is further away from the kitchen than is typical and there is no real place to eat outside - both things we were counting on.

Nice cabin, bad property manager

  • 2 of 5

The cabin was nice but the property management missed a lot of things. I received an early check in from VACASA and drove 2 hours to the cabin only to find out that the local VACASA agency does not do early check ins. They did however check me in over the phone. After arriving to the cabin, the garage door did not work. Upon entering the cabin, the whole place smelled like gas. The cleaning people left a gas burner on and gas was leaking for hours. I called them and they said a maintenance person would come.... He arrived 3 hours later and we fixed the garage door ourself.

Very relaxing

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay. The scenery was great. Very peaceful setting. Plenty of room for two adults and two kids. We had no problem sitting around the house for a whole day playing pool, enjoying the surroundings and views, grilling and enjoying the hot tub. We would definitely stay again or recommend.
