We are from South Jersey and Have a nice group of friends and family in Marco. We plan to retire in hopefully 6 years and be permanent residents of Florida.

Why Nicholas & Karen Cordisco chose Marco Island

We purchased this property because of the location on the South End of Marco Island. We felt it is more quiet, and it is a gated community. We love walking to the Beach eat at our great restaurants and shopping centers just across the street. No need to worry about driving and parking a car. Our private community offers a heated pool and Hot tub. If you enjoy tennis we have a newly surfaced Tennis Court. So this is a great convenience to us and our guests.

What makes this cottage unique

We like that this is a first floor easy access and walking distance to the beach. Can sit on the Lanai and watch the Loons and Herons fish for their food.

Outstanding Stay

Our stay for the month of January 2017 was outstanding. Weather was sunny and warm. The condo is 1 block from public beach access and several restaurants and bars. The unit was very clean, completely redecorated with new furnishings and new appliances. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. This ground level unit provided easy access from the lanai to the pool. Also,, parking my car in the enclosed garage was most appreciated. We would love to rent next year, but it is already booked for first quarter 2018.
