After a complete overhaul shortly after purchase, we love our Maui home and can't wait to share it with you!

Our favorite spots in the condo are the aqua swivel rocker chair in the living room (arguably the most comfortable chair ever), and the flexible lanai furniture that allows for eating, lounging, or relaxing with friends in the beautiful Maui outdoors.

Overall Pretty Good

We stayed at this condo for two weeks in Feb 2018. Great location, close to restaurants/grocery stores and really lots of amenities. Walk down to the beaches as well. Carpets were a little dirty. There should be a mirror in the downstairs bedroom as the washroom downstairs only has one sink so when one person is in the washroom the other needs a place for makeup application etc. There was no pepper, condiments or coffee filters in the condo. I think there should always be pepper salt, condiments and garbage bags left in the condo. There will be now as we left them there. They want you to empty the garbage every day to avoid ants but don’t leave you enough garbage bags. We didn’t want to buy a full pkg of garbage bags and then only use a few so we used shopping bags. TV in both bedrooms and Living room so we got to watch the Olympics. There should definitely be some updated appliances, especially a new toaster, and dinnerware. The grounds are lovely! We spent a lot of time on the lanai. Over all pretty good, beds were comfortable. Shower upstairs was great.

Great Location

We have stayed at Maui Kamaole many times and preferred this location to any other unit. It is further up the hill, but quiet with a lovely garden view, very close to the upper pool and steps away from a barbecue picnic area. We had a few housekeeping/property issues that were dealt with quickly and professionally. We were very satisfied with our overall experience and would certainly consider returning.

Fantastic stay. Instantly forgot about work and snow

Margie was amazing to work with. As this was our first time booking a condo we had many questions throughout the year up to our trip and she answered them all and was very accommodating. By the time we arrived in December, she felt like a dear friend.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable and worked nicely for two couples. We appreciated Margie’s tips on restaurants and how to keep the place bug free. It’s clear that she and Mike take great pride in their place.

The location is fantastic! It’s a quick walk to the beach. The whole foods grocery store and the ABC are definitely walkable and we walked quite regularly for odds and sods.

We made good use of the lanais and BBQ areas. The airflow from the lanais meant we rarely used the air conditioning. Loved that our parking spot and the recycling/garbage was so close. There was some exterior maintenance going on when we were there and the property did an excellent job on communicating updates.

The grounds people are super friendly which really made the entire place seem like home.

We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, but needs some deep cleaning

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. However, we feel the bathrooms need some deep cleaning - especially the tile grout. Also, almost every time we pulled a dish, glass, silverware, pan, etc. out of the cupboards for use it was dirty. The dishes looked as though they were run through the dishwasher, but maybe that the dishwasher did not get all of the food and such off. It looks like a fairly new dishwasher, too. Overall it was a nice place to stay, though.

Loved our stay

I am very picky and usually prefer staying in the hotel. But this place is just amazing. It literally had everything we needed. Very clean, comfy, close to the ocean and Wailea beach. The host Margie is very quick with responses. I highly recommend this place.
