Wi-Fi and HD TVs are in bedrooms and family room. A patio with BBQ is located off the family room with a spacious and serene back yard for relaxing after a day of golf. A second patio is located off the dining area. The house has a laundry room with washer, dryer and entryway to attached, two-car garage.
Location is close to pool, clubhouse and a 27-hole championship golf course. The home is within walking distance to the Empire Polo Club (location of Desert Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach fests) and a short drive to restaurants, stores, entertainment and golf courses.

GREAT location in a quiet, gated community. Just minutes via bike to festivals.
The house did not disappoint. It's really quite spacious and each bedroom has its own wing of the house. The Country Club is excellent and the location is perfection!
Yvonne is great and the property has everything you'll need.
Pat and Yvonne were a pleasure to work with. Communication was very smooth and everyone was well informed of the plan from beginning to end.
Unfortunately when I had arrived (late night) there was an issue with the kitchen faucet. I notified Pat immediately and the very next morning Pat had their plumber remedy the issue. There were no further issues during the course of my group's stay.
The location itself is close to the Empire Polo Club though it is a bummer that Uber or other ride shares aren't allowed into the gated community to drop off patrons.
My group and I definitely enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again. Thank you Pat and Yvonne for making our trip to that area a pleasant one!
Great stay for Coachella
A group of girlfriends and I stayed here for Coachella 2017 (Weekend 1). Overall, the house was clean and the perfect size.
It was a little bit further than we expected given that the house itself is far into the complex (approx a mile) and the walk into Coach is so far. We did walk it and there are some people in the complex that offer you rides back and forth for $30ish (you have to kinda just find them around the complex). They allow ubers in during the day, but not at night so it is a little inconvenient. BUT if I could redo it - I would recommend biking and parking a bike at Coachella to help make this a lot faster. That would have solved all of our issues. The complex itself (once you are at the gate) is across the street from the 49th / Monroe entrance (yellow path) for Coach so it was great. The only other downside was that it took us about 1.5 hours to get into the complex with our car Thursday night because they needed to check everyone in. Heard they are fixing this for the future though and allowing entrance from the second gate. There are a TON of people staying in this complex so it's nice to have a large community of people going to the festival.
THE HOUSE :
The house itself was in great condition and very clean. There was enough space for all of us and plenty of bathrooms/showers. It allowed us to not feel crammed at all. We also liked that there was a garage and drive way space so we could park all of our cars. The lock box was also very convenient because no one had to hold onto the keys and everyone could come in and out of the house easily.
THE HOSTS :
I was admittedly a little skeptical about giving a cashiers check because of bad stories i've heard in the past about vrbos and airbnbs being fake. BUT Patty and Yvonne made me feel really comfortable and easily worked around our fears. They gave us all the info we needed before check in, including trash instructions, wifi, etc. I also really liked that the cleaning fee was included in our costs (a lot of places don't have it like that) so it allowed us to not need to clean a ton before checking out, which I feel like can be draining after the festival.
Really glad we stayed here and all the girls were really happy with this pick in the end!! Definitely would recommend it.
the best two months ever, in Indio
How lucky are we? Supremely, to have finally found the best house in Indian Palms Country Club, for this year's two month long snow-bird holiday. This house was so sparkling clean and comfortable I knew I could just relax, five minutes after walking in the door and I didn't find one single thing that I would change. All of the appliances were in perfect condition, the bed was comfortable and the street quiet and friendly. We, my husband and I, hit the ground running and went golfing, cycling and swimming every single day. If I could ever do this again, I would want to stay here.
Amazing location & amazing house for Coachella!
We were SO happy with our stay here weekend 1 of Coachella 2016. Walking distance to the festival (or hop on one of the many shuttles). This house perfectly served as a clean, quiet escape from the festival each night. Pat and Yvonne were both so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!

Recently renovated with new carpet, paint and furnishings; three flat screen HD/TVs, cable, WiFi, new outdoor patio furniture and BBQ; 27-hole championship public golf course, club house, restaurant, community pool. Five minutes to the Polo Grounds for Desert Trip, Coachella and Stage Coach fests and equestrian events; 5 -10 miles to all major shopping, restaurants and more!

NOTE: The security/damage deposit will be returned after a physical walk through and inspection of the premises, less any repair or service fees caused by Tenants. In addition, any loss of keys, garage door opener, and remote controls will be deducted from the deposit. Supplied: two house keys, one pool key, one garage door opener, three remotes. Replacement cost: $25 per key, $75 garage door opener, $100 per remote. A signed lease is required.
