St Mawes is one of Cornwall's most desirable holiday destinations and the stunning harbour, surrounded by lovely local shops, restaurants, bars and hotels is a constant bustle of vibrancy during the season. There are ferry links from the harbour to St Anthony, Falmouth, Trelissick and Malpas. During the winter it is a quiet, peaceful village that rarely sees frosts or snow.

Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. An initial supply of kindling and wood is provided. There are parking facilities for 3 / 4 vehicles. Unlimited WiFi is available. Regrettably no smoking. Unfortunately dogs are not permitted at Primrose Hill but please be aware that dogs have stayed here previously. The property is strictly no children under the age of 7 years old, including infants, with no exceptions. Only a maximum of 2 children are permitted between the ages of 7 and 12 years old.
