This 2 Bed Rooms Condo is true beachfront, South facing with Marble floor and stunning panoramic views! In this city you get it all you can think of for whole family, day and night. It is located in the area of carvajal, quieter East side of Fuengirola's 3 Miles long beautiful and enchanting promenade. At the foot of the property there is Chiringito D'oasis ( Spanish food and fresh seafood cafe/restaurant) right on the sand and one of few best in the area. Few more Restaurant/Cafe/Bar are also nearby .

It takes only 15 min relaxing walk to get to the busier section of promenade where there are countless of restaurant, Bars, Cafes, shops, etc. It takes another 20 min walk to get to the central part and Marina. Torre blanca Train Station only 15 min walk or few min by Taxi for under Euro 10. City Bus available every 20 Min, just about 100 Meter behind the building .

The apartment on the 6th floor, consists of 2 bedrooms- one with sea view, the other with mountain view, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet, recently equipped separate kitchen ( no dish washer ) facing sea and with door to a large balcony . I am a retired Navy Officer.I do not rent this condo as a source of income , just to pay expenses, that is why I set the rates enough low to suite even tight budgets. I offer 10% to %50 discount (depending on season for 2 weeks and longer booking and also a Especial Cancellation refund of 100 to 75% till the day of checking for more peace of mind of guests in case they can not make the trip in case of Force Major( like serious medical or family problem ). Nice apartment for everyone

Apartment is nice and clean, few meters from the sea. Useful for group and also for family. I felt very good with my friends during breakfast and dinner on the balcony with GREAT panoramic sea view.

We made a lot of trips (Malaga, Marbella, Cordoba, Granada, Maro beaches...) from Fuengirola by car (position is very good). Behind the house is also bus stop (5 min).

Owner and concierge are very nice people. They give you information about everything (trips) and want to solve everything what they see in your eyes!!!

A lovely apartment in a superb location

No problems with this apartment but its greatest asset is its location right on the beach front. Its nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle but so accessible to all that if required.

There's so much to see in the area with Malaga city a must.

I expect to stay here again sometime in the future.

There is no need for a hire car either, as you are within 10 minutes walk of either Carvajal or Torreblanca Train Stations, to go to City center and Marina area or to Malaga Airport and Malaga Center, and many small city/town in between. City Bus Station behind the Building, with every 30 Minutes schedule.

Building is Right on the beachfront you only have to come down. the golden sands of European Award winning Fuengirola Beach is under your toes and there are many restaurants, bars and shops all within 2-10 minutes walk in this popular area, which is also slightly quieter than the main beachfront area of nearby Fuengirola Town.

You can either catch a train or bus to Fuengirola Town center and Marina- the busy part of the city, or enjoy a flat easy 20-30 minute stroll along Fuengirola beautiful promenade to the Marina & Town Centre areas.
