The beauty, quietness and roominess of this home say it all.
We were able to fit 13 women in this amazing property. I was in charge of planning my best friend's bachelorette party and we had an absolute blast.
Overall the house is beautiful and very well kept. It's clean, spacious and even smells new when you walk in it. I booked the property for a group of 10 ladies and we were all very pleased with the accommodations. We knew we would be taking a cab or uber to downtown, those rides cost between $25-$35 with the exception of our return Saturday night, which was about $50.
My only complaint is the toilet paper situation. At around 7pm, we ran out of toilet paper in two of the bathrooms. No big deal, we would just replace the roll except that we couldn't find any. I even texted the property manager asking where to look and was informed that they only supply the first roll per bathroom (which wasn't a full roll to begin with in at least two cases). Had we known this was the case, we would have brought our own. So it's 7pm on a Saturday evening, 10 people have been drinking- not excessively but enough that no one was comfortable driving a rental in a strange city- and we are running out of toilet paper. Awesome. We remedied the situation by loading our purses with toilet paper from dinner and the bars that night but this is a ridiculous situation to be forced in to. For the record, there were two extra rolls of paper towels.
TLDR: House is lovely, bring your own toilet paper.
We stayed here for two nights with two other families during a national choir competition at the Grand Ole Opry. The home was CLEAN and SPACIOUS with plenty of sleeping, hangout, kitchen AND eating space for our group of 6 adults and 6 teenagers. The location was perfect -- super close to everything at the Opry but away from all the noise and traffic. Communication from Amy was fantastic. We are looking for an excuse to come and stay here again!!
We went as a large group of girls celebrating a bachelorette weekend. The house was awesome, and had plenty of space to accommodate all of us! The location on the river was beautiful and Amy was so sweet. We had so much fun!!
First of all the house is a home. The 3-level house was cozy and made our family feel right at "home". We were there for our daughter's graduation and the home was perfect for our celebration! Plenty of room to spread out! Highly recommend. The owner was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely book it again.
We really enjoyed our stay, there were ten of us out of a possible fourteen. I really believe that the home would work best for a total of ten where four youngsters used the bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. I would use the home again if we would return to Nashville.
Be right in the action of Music City, Opry Mills shopping, cool old Nashville sites, Grand Ole Opry and yet be in the quiet bliss overlooking river and watching deer pass by.
