Dick Kelsey purchased this house in 2006
This home has a very special "at home" feel. It works very well for larger groups. The owners live a block away and do many "extra" things for their guests.
Be out in the country but not far from town with many unique things to do and see. You can do as much or as little as you like and have a great time.
Just spent 5 days and 4 nights at this beautiful home...... The view is gorgeous.....,,Mr. Kelsey is an outstanding person friendly and extremely enjoyable to be around. We rebooked another one of his homes for next year as this home was already booked... Can't wait THANK YOU Mr. Kelsey for making this years BBB for us soooooooooo enjoyable
We had 10 people staying at this wonderful house from April 1-5, 2016. It is a gorgeous home and the scenery was amazing. The Kelseys were so accommodating, friendly and enjoyable to not only do business with, but spend time with during our stay. I loved that there were five bedrooms, plenty of space and a gorgeous view. There was also access to the golf cart and Mr. Kelsey took us out on the pontoon. I hope we can stay again and cannot wait for my next vacation to Eureka Springs and Rogers, AR.
This house was amazing and perfect for our weekend getaway! The hot tub was amazing during the cooler weather and the pool table was a great addition. Plenty of sleeping room was available and comfortable for everyone to have their own bed. The house was fully furnished and had everything you would need or have at your own place. The house was surrounded by trees and made you feel very secluded, which is a nice thing to have. The owner was super nice and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and can not wait to make another trip here!!
My family and friends were truly blessed at the wonderful home we had the privilege of staying at for my son's wedding in Arkansas. The home is beautiful and the surroundings are gorgeous! Dick and Doris are great host's and go far and above at making you feel at home. Anything we needed they were happy to oblige. They allowed us access to their home for anything we might need and access to a golf cart to drive around the area. The lake was a huge hit and they allowed us to use their pontoon out on the lake. The changing of the leaves and the lake were just breathtaking. At one point we had 18 people staying at the house and we still each had our own privacy. You surely are getting more than you pay for staying at this wonderful home! The hot tub was just the icing on the cake. I recommend this beautiful home for a large family or gathering. I was fortunate enough to find this jewel and my son's wedding was a huge success. Staying here just added comfort and ease after a long day. Sitting by the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub or playing pool downstairs. You will be blessed if you have the opportunity to stay here. Thank you Dick and Doris and God bless you both!
What a great place for a family reunion. Plenty of room to gather or get away from each other, Comfortable, Feels secluded. Not on the water which was a plus with little ones, not having to worry about one of them slipping away to the water. Hot tub was a big hit. Golf cart was provided to get to the water with lots of things to do. Owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We have stayed in several rentals and this was by far at the top of the list. Enjoyed watching the deer and other critters eating right outside the dining room window. Even had toys and games for the younger ones, a firepit, most any need in the kitchen and to many other things to list. A group of the younger children visited the Amazeum for a fun day of play. Hope to be able to repeat this fun week again at a future date.
We stayed at the rental over Memorial Day weekend & had a wonderful time. The home had plenty of room for our group, was comfortably furnished & in a great location. It felt secluded since it was surrounded by trees - we could watch the deer feeding right outside the dining room picture window, yet it was only a short ride in the golf cart or vehicle down to the boat/swim dock. The hot tub on the back deck was a hit with everyone - especially since the weather was cool & rainy. The owner was very accommodating & a pleasure to deal with. We definitely plan to be back!
