About Patti Butirich
I have spent 17 years working in education teaching 6th grade science. I am the proud mother of four boys, 2 dogs and a cat. I am a passionate traveler who enjoys nothing more than finding the perfect vacation rental in a lovely town in which I've never been. I love great food, and precious time with my family.
Patti Butirich purchased this House in 2006
Why Patti Butirich chose Ocean Springs
The location of this home was too great too pass up. I feel so blessed to have found such a perfect place for my family after Hurricane Katrina claimed our home. I am happy to share this lovely home with people who want to visit our perfectly happy little town!
What makes this House unique
I wake up ready to walk or bike and this house is located in the middle of the most scenic places in Ocean Springs. I have completely remodeled the home since purchasing it, and am very proud of what a beautiful transformation it has made.

The house was lovely and well appointed. It was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and close to
Three bedrooms - one was a suite on back of house and had two queen beds - perfect for my daughter and her husband and two little boys and baby. The other two in front of house offered a half bath in 1 bedroom that gave me privacy and another bedroom from grown son and a large full bath. The house had a sitting area that you could close off from rest of house but connected to back suite. It gave boys plenty of room to play early in the morning without waking us up. It was a great house for us. It seems I also rented your cottage by the beach for the rest of my family and they loved their cottage too. It was also lovely. I plan to stay there when I come back again. Thanks for making our stay for the wedding a home away from home.
We felt so safe and the neighborhood was lovely.
Thanks so much for the wonderful review. I am so happy for you and your family. I know weddings can be stressful. Hope to see ya'll soon.
Very nice house! Very clean! It was perfect! We will definitely stay here again!
Comfortable beds, house was very clean!
Thank you for the great review. I appreciate it and hope to see y'all soon. Please call me directly to book again.thanks Patti
Very clean and spacious home. Kitchen well equipped with all cooking utensils. Great location that's within few miles of beach and shopping. Would stay again. Only negative which wasn't a problem was cable tv network not working and no tv in two bedrooms. We didn't really watch much tv so it was ok for us.... we would most definitely stay there again! And please stay off the grass....lol. That's a must and we do appreciate a nice lawn.
Thank you. Please call next time about the cable. It should have been working.
Wonderful location. Perfect for family stay
I loved the house and the location. It was close to a park with tennis courts, playground and fishing. Spacious accommodations and comfortable. The negatives were that the house advertised it had Wi-Fi. There was no Wi-Fi as previously mentioned by other reviewers. It has limited cable channels as well. The yard was not fully fenced in back, and as the house is pet friendly that could be an issue.
Exactly what we needed! Centrally located with easy access in and out of the area.
We most definitely enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were clean and spacious, and we were most comfortable. Being ‘pet friendly’ was also a plus! Gave us peace of mind that we could have our fur babies with us.
Let's just say that the description is no way near what the actual and inside is like.
Would not go back.
This is not true. This is the only bad review that I have ever received.
Nestled in the heart of Historic Ocean Springs, Harbor Walk Ranch is directly across the street from the beautiful Inner Harbor Park. Let the kids play in the park while you drop your fishing line from the pier. You will more than likely catch a glimpse of tons of beautiful pelicans, blue herons, egrets, and even the occasional gator. Continue your stroll 1/2 mile to the East hit the beach and let the kids go swimming, fishing, crabbing and skim boarding with the locals while you relax and enjoy the view of deer island, and a lovely Gulf of Mexico sunset. If you walk in the opposite direction you will stumble across the world famous Shearwater Pottery, home of renowned nature artist, Walter Anderson. If you continue on your Westerly trek over the harbor bridge stop and grab a load of the fisherman's fresh catch of the day for dinner. Go a half a mile further and wind up in the down town area, where there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, pastries, boutiques, museums, galleries, grocery stores, rustic churches of all denominations, and a Cultural Center to catch live plays, and concerts. When you are done exploring Ocean Springs try your luck at one of the many casinos at the gaming Mecca of the South. The nearest Casino is 4.2 miles from Harbor Walk Ranch. Once you get to the Casino a local Shuttle will chauffeur you down Casino Row. If you need a break from the gaming, visit the Maritime & Seafood Industry Museum, or buzz over to the Ohr O'Keefe Museum designed by Frank Gehry, the architect who designed The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, Spain. Biloxi hosts fishing tournaments, festivals, minor league baseball, concerts, Mississippi Gulf Resort Golf Classic, The Ship Island Excursion, Gulf Islands Water Park, Prime Outlet Mall & don't forget to end a day with a sunset cruise on an old Biloxi Schooner docked right across from the Ohr O'keefe Museum.
