Quiet comfortable town home on the 12th tee of the Dorado Golf Course, twenty steps to community pool. Mountain views. Completely furnished turn key, all linens and fully equipped kitchen. All utilities are provided and included to make your holiday relaxing and comfortable. Our manager is nearby to assist you with any problems that might come up. The home is not new, but has been updated where appropriate and equipped with all the amenities you might want.

More than one dozen restaurants are within walking distance (less than a mile) the closest three tenths of a mile and twenty or more restaurants less than one and a half miles from your front door.

Groceries at Trader Joe's is less than one mile.

Driving to Tucson ? bring your Tesla or other EV a 14-50 outlet conveniently located in the garage available at no extra charge.

House Rules and miscellaneous

CHECK-IN: Anytime between 4 PM and 10 PM. Early check-ins (between 10 AM and 4 PM) may be available only if there are no renters leaving same day. Please advise us of your anticipated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance and keep us informed if this time changes. All persons residing are required to provide identification (drivers license and or passport). Upon arrival, these will be copied for our records.

CHECK-OUT: By 11 am on the day of the end of the lease agreement. We will arrange for you to return your keys. (There is a $25 key replacement fee for lost keys and a $25 + postage fee charge to return items left after check out.)

Rental more than one week: plants need water, our manager(s) will enter the home once each (with notice) to water and care for all the plants in the atria and yard.

PARKING: Parking is limited. Space is available for one car in the garage and one car in the street. Security patrols the area regularly. We will take information on the vehicles expected to be in the area.

POSSESSIONS: Please leave things as they are in our home: do not remove pictures from walls, do not move furniture around.

WI-FI: There is high speed (12mbps) Wi-Fi. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CABLE TV. Local TV stations are available with the digital antenna. Streaming media is available on the TV ( YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, and many other streaming media) . Netflix is provided and other media are available with your subscription.

NO SMOKING: This is a non smoking home. There is to be no smoking inside or outside our home. If you are a smoker stay elsewhere. Additional fees will result for carpet cleaning and deodorizing. Do not risk your deposit.

NO PETS: No pets/animals may be brought to our home.

KITCHEN: This is a home not a commercial rental, we expect you to leave the kitchen as you found it.

TRASH: We practice recycling here and expect you will sort all trash and recyclables into their appropriate bin. Long-term guests (staying longer than one week) are expect to pitch in as needed and take garbage and recycling out weekly.

ELECTRICITY: Please turn air-conditioner and all lights off when leaving for an extended period of time.

DOORS: Please always lock exterior doors.

FIRE: Due to danger of fire, no candles, space heaters or open flames may be used in the house.

BACKYARD GATE: Feel free to use the backyard, but the backyard gate must be closed at all times.

DAMAGES: Guests agree to pay for damages or loss for any property that they, and/or their visitors, have either damaged or lost.

RULES VIOLATION: Any guest refusing to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the total cost of the reservation.

ARBITRATION: All claims and disputes for total amounts greater than $5000, with the exception of Unlawful Detainer actions, arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by Binding Arbitration in the state of Arizona. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

BOOKING is an AGREEMENT: Please note that by booking a room, you agree upon all rules outlined in this document and agree to all of the terms therein.

Very quiet, private, and completely equipped

Beautiful home, the golf course seems to attract the birds (we fed your humming birds Ken and Sally, they seemed to appreciate some nectar). My partner tee'd off directly behind the condo (with the golf course's permission of course). We were there in April, other than the golf course we hardly saw a person. Enjoyed the pool too. Relaxing and peaceful... highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay in Tucson. The owners clearly care about their property and their guests. Leah greeted us and was very helpful and welcoming. The house is very tidy/organized and the owners have gone to great lengths to make sure that the home is stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The house is well-designed, with lots of natural light and beautiful views. We are a family of four and there was plenty of space to spread out, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, eating and kitchen area, and the outdoor patio. Highly recommended!

Very quiet and clean

Wonderful VRBO

What a wonderful experience. Your home is beautiful and accommodating. Great use of space for entertaining, wonderful view, very clean and well stocked with necessities. Everything we needed for our home away from home. We will definitely use this VRBO rental when we visit Tucson. Thank you for the use of your home and Leah was fantastic.

open airy and very inviting home

when you have a garden inside your home wow and it bloomed

We enjoy outside and the back yard, the hummingbirds and flowers topped it off.

The home separated with a living room with no TV was super because you can carry on a conversation and not have the tv interfering with listening

If and when I come back out here I will put this house on the top of my list to call and see if it is available. I will pass along to others as long as it is not the same time I am coming.

The kitchen had everything but the chef and I had to do that but with no problem.

I got what they told me and more. Had a problem with the garage door and in a few hours it was fixed.

The area has a lot to offer and it is not far to go if you want something else. I found music (a group jamming in the back and that is something we like and go to often) at the Bookman book store. Even found Elk burgers which is the kind of food we like less than 1/2 mile from here - in walking distance.

Thanks for the enjoyable stay here in Tucson.

Comfortable and Modern

We consider ourselves fortunate to have stayed in this most comfortable home on Dorado Way.

Typically for us, the first night anywhere is an exercise in sleeplessness. However, this was NOT the case here and we slept well over our entire stay. The kitchen was well apportioned and easily met our needs! The large walk-in tiled shower off the master bedroom was refreshing. The open patio overlooked the golf course and provided a nice glimpse of the mountains.

We would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!
