Quiet comfortable town home on the 12th tee of the Dorado Golf Course, twenty steps to community pool. Mountain views. Completely furnished turn key, all linens and fully equipped kitchen. All utilities are provided and included to make your holiday relaxing and comfortable. Our manager is nearby to assist you with any problems that might come up. The home is not new, but has been updated where appropriate and equipped with all the amenities you might want.
More than one dozen restaurants are within walking distance (less than a mile) the closest three tenths of a mile and twenty or more restaurants less than one and a half miles from your front door.
Groceries at Trader Joe's is less than one mile.
Driving to Tucson ? bring your Tesla or other EV a 14-50 outlet conveniently located in the garage available at no extra charge.

House Rules and miscellaneous
CHECK-IN: Anytime between 4 PM and 10 PM. Early check-ins (between 10 AM and 4 PM) may be available only if there are no renters leaving same day. Please advise us of your anticipated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance and keep us informed if this time changes. All persons residing are required to provide identification (drivers license and or passport). Upon arrival, these will be copied for our records.
CHECK-OUT: By 11 am on the day of the end of the lease agreement. We will arrange for you to return your keys. (There is a $25 key replacement fee for lost keys and a $25 + postage fee charge to return items left after check out.)
Rental more than one week: plants need water, our manager(s) will enter the home once each (with notice) to water and care for all the plants in the atria and yard.
PARKING: Parking is limited. Space is available for one car in the garage and one car in the street. Security patrols the area regularly. We will take information on the vehicles expected to be in the area.
POSSESSIONS: Please leave things as they are in our home: do not remove pictures from walls, do not move furniture around.
WI-FI: There is high speed (12mbps) Wi-Fi. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CABLE TV. Local TV stations are available with the digital antenna. Streaming media is available on the TV ( YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, and many other streaming media) . Netflix is provided and other media are available with your subscription.
NO SMOKING: This is a non smoking home. There is to be no smoking inside or outside our home. If you are a smoker stay elsewhere. Additional fees will result for carpet cleaning and deodorizing. Do not risk your deposit.
NO PETS: No pets/animals may be brought to our home.
KITCHEN: This is a home not a commercial rental, we expect you to leave the kitchen as you found it.
TRASH: We practice recycling here and expect you will sort all trash and recyclables into their appropriate bin. Long-term guests (staying longer than one week) are expect to pitch in as needed and take garbage and recycling out weekly.
ELECTRICITY: Please turn air-conditioner and all lights off when leaving for an extended period of time.
DOORS: Please always lock exterior doors.
FIRE: Due to danger of fire, no candles, space heaters or open flames may be used in the house.
BACKYARD GATE: Feel free to use the backyard, but the backyard gate must be closed at all times.
DAMAGES: Guests agree to pay for damages or loss for any property that they, and/or their visitors, have either damaged or lost.
RULES VIOLATION: Any guest refusing to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the total cost of the reservation.
ARBITRATION: All claims and disputes for total amounts greater than $5000, with the exception of Unlawful Detainer actions, arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by Binding Arbitration in the state of Arizona. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
BOOKING is an AGREEMENT: Please note that by booking a room, you agree upon all rules outlined in this document and agree to all of the terms therein.

Not suitable for four guests - second bedroom very uncomfortable
My husband and I recently stayed in this property for two weeks with our adult son and his partner. The first night my son did not sleep well because the sofa bed in the second bedroom is very worn and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sags so both people roll into the middle. He put the mattress on the floor for the rest of the trip -- not very comfortable but better than no sleep. When I complained to the owners, they replied that "Sleeper/sofas are notorious for their lack of comfort and ours is no different, they all sag to the center." If they are poor quality, old and worn out then this may be true. There are good quality sofa beds on the market and the owners need to buy one if they are advertising a second bedroom with "a comfortable sleeper sofa". We were very disappointed.
You are the first to comment on this issue, we have taken your comments to heart. We have replaced the sleeper sofa with a new one with an upgraded foam mattress and additional blankets.

Nicely located. House was clean and well arranged. Had everything we needed.
This was our first time in Tucson, and the Roth house turned out to be ideal for us. It's reasonably near the pave bike paths, and it was a quiet location off busy streets. We liked the proximity to Trader Joes and Beyond Bread (restaurant). We would definitely return.
We were very happy with our stay !!! The home is very livable and comfortable!! Very convenient location.
We rented this home for my parents during their recent visit. They loved it! The home is just beautiful, the location convenient to everything (particularly our house in the Sewell neighborhood), and they enjoyed their stay immensely. They even fit in 18 holes of golf one morning!
They reported that the bedding was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and how much they enjoyed their morning coffee out on the patio. This was their first time staying in a VRBO home (we ourselves love to use VRBO for our own vacations) and I know they were doubtful. After their first night they could night find enough good things to say about this home and I think they are now VRBO converts! :)
The in-town 'manager' Leah was very responsive to my mom's questions (in re: laundry) and overall they could not have had a nicer stay. They have already asked me to look into booking the house for them again, when they come back in May!
