Apartment was well located and in safe neighborhood.was better then described and better then pictures.Stefano is awesome super easy to work with you wont be dissapointed stop lookeng stay here
My wife and I and another couple spent 5 days at this apartment before going on a cruise out of Rome. The apartment has everything you need. The photos are pretty much accurate. There are 2 bathrooms, with one bathroom having a small shower and the other having a walk in shower. Keep in mind there is no living room. There are just the 3 bedrooms a dining area and a small table in the kitchen. We really didn't need to use either one since we ate all of our meals out. The balcony will sit 4 people comfortably which was nice since most nights we did sit outside in the evenings. There is a small elevator for bringing luggage up to the apartment, but without the luggage will hold maybe 3 people. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, the floor starts at 0, so it's not called the first floor. There are many resturants and cafe's and small grocery stores within a short walking distance of the apartment. The Metro is about 2 blocks away, which made it nice for getting to the major attractions of Rome. The only problem we Incountered was the water in the big shower went down very slowly and tended to pool, not really a big problem, just a little bit of a nuisance. Never got a chance to tell the owner about this. There is a washer but no dryer in the apartment. Stefano the owner met us at the apartment and went over everything and made some suggestions about resturants and gave us the keys. Stefano even set up a pickup at the airport and also transportation to the cruise port for us. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely Apartment, Gracious Host
We had a lovely stay. Stefano greeted us, and gave us a great orientation to the apartment and to the neighborhood. Stefano was available to answer questions, and responded quickly to the one (minor) issue we had. The apartment is modern, clean, and well equipped. Four adults and 2 teens slept quite very comfortably in 3 bedrooms. If you are claustrophobic however, be warned that the showers are very small. While there is no living or family room area in the apartment, there is plenty of room to socialize around the dining room table and there are two balconies. The apartment is located outside the city center in a neighborhood with many conveniences, including a nearby grocery, wine bar, deli, bakery and a metro stop. The apartment, while just a short walk to the metro and to a taxi stand, is not convenient to the major sites in Rome other than the Vatican. This was not an issue for us, but may be for people who are less interested in walking and using the metro.
Very nice, cozy apartment blocks from the Vatican and Cipro metro station. Clean and in a safe location. Awesome little shop out the front door for fresh meat, cheese and local wines. Then go back for an afternoon snack on the balcony.
Family of five was very comfortable. By American standards, one of the showers was rather small. Other than that, the price and location make a great combination.
If you are doing the full on touristy thing, buy your Roma Pass from the store at the Cipro station. Three days of metro plus free or discounted museum.
Nice appartment for family trip
We have stayed 4 days in this appartment to visit Rome for the first time. The appartment was clean and comfortable for 6 persons (2 parents and 4 children, age 15 - 21). Kitchen, 2 bath rooms and 3 bed rooms were just fine for our stay. And the pizzaria across the street has excellent food. Metro and bus station are nearby. Although no one really knows the time table of bus 492 :-) but a walk through Rome and the Vatican is a good option. The reception by Stefano was good. We have enjoyed our visit to Rome.
We couldn't have asked for a better location!
This wonderful 3-bedroom apartment is located in a charming neighborhood within walking distance of the Vatican and yet away from the tourist congestion associated with Vatican City. The Cipro metro station is just a block and a half away, granting easy access to all of Rome. The apartment is recently remodeled, very clean and very comfortable. Steffano went out of his way to be an accommodating host. The wi-fi connection was wonderful, even with all four of us logged on at the same time. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay!
Although bordered by the Vatican, Prati is devoted to another religion; shopping. This tidy neighborhood effortlessly mixes business with pleasure: its elegant buildings house offices is important that class shops; squares and public spaces are very well kept; the distance from the center, relative, protects residents from traffic and stress, ensuring calm and exclusivity
