Share this east end unit with your family and friends as it will easily sleep up to 9 without the need for an air mattress. This unit contains a king, queen and a full size bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, a Pack N Play for the little ones. Cook all your meals as if you are at home for the kitchen is fully equipped including a double oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, stove top, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, toaster, a bunn coffee maker; cookware, glasses and utensils.

OUR FAMILY FIRST VISITED THE GULF SHORES/ORANGE BEACH AREA IN 1993 AND ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE AREA AND MISSED ONLY 1 YEAR VISITING SINCE THAT FIRST TRIP. 22 YEARS LATER WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THIS BEAUTIFUL UNIT WITH A VIEW OUT OF THIS WORLD. WE NOW WANT TO SHARE OUR "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Why JOEL REYNOLDS chose Alabama

Sitting in the middle of Orange Beach, our condo features approximately 1,300 square feet of living space with a huge balcony that wraps around from the south all the way down the east side of the condo. With the exception of the bathrooms, you are able to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the beach and the water from all rooms.

Our NON-SMOKING condo is recently remodeled and updated, beautifully furnished, overlooks the beachside pool and provides a breathtaking view of the beautiful white sandy beaches.

The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances surrounded by beautiful cream colored cabinets and granite countertops. Cook your favorite dishes on the stove-top and in the double oven. If you prefer the charcoal, we have a delightful grilling area located on the ground floor east side area of the complex. All different types of restaurants located within minutes of the condo unit. Three grocery stores are within 2 minutes of the parking lot.

What makes this condo unique

The large living area provides a view of the beach and gulf from all angles. The large sofa, large relaxing double chair or the chase lounge provide a comfortable arrangement for watching a movie on the large flat screen TV or a DVD. Each bed room contains a large flat screen TV for private relaxation.

The dining area features a full size dining table with six chairs. While dining you will be able to gaze at the water with all the sliding glass doors located down the east side of the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in microwave, double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment in the lower half, including an ice maker, toaster, bunn coffee maker, blender, dishes, cookware, glasses and utensils. The dining area also has two stools for sitting at the bar area adjacent to the dining table. This unit also comes equipped with a clothes washer and dryer. In the laundry area are extra towels for the bathrooms and beach towels for use on the beach or around the pool.

Clean, Great Balcony, Nice building

We've been coming to Orange Beach for 20+ years and this is one of our favorite condos. It's a great corner unit with wrap-around balcony and each of the bedrooms has access to the balcony. The balcony was great for morning coffee, popsicles in the afternoon, and was perfect for the rainy days we couldn't hit the beach. The other stand-out factor for this unit is the tile floors. I'm grossed out by carpeting, which is especially hard to keep clean and dry in a beach condo, so this was huge.

The "kid's room" has double-sized bunk beds and a trundle, so we easily fit the kids in there. The closets are stocked with extra linens for bed and bath, which made it easy to accommodate everyone. The second bath was recently remodeled (it looked like) with a great shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked - pizza cutter, wine opener, pots and pans if you want to cook.

Two of my favorite less-obvious features of this unit were the drying rack and stick-vacuum. We used both every day.

The one draw-back (for us) was the decoration. . . it's clear that someone took a lot of time picking things that look great in the condo, but as people with suitcases and swimming stuff, etc, there weren't a lot of available surfaces to put things. We visited with children and I was constantly worried they may bump into something and break it. Also, there were scattered fluffy rugs in the bedrooms and bath. Many people may find this a perk, but we rolled them up and put them out of the way during our stay.

The building was also great. There were a few issues with the elevators, but they were resolved quickly. The pool areas were clean and the security for the building was very present - reminding people to keep music quiet and keep food and drink out of the pools.
