Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! I struggle to see how visitors to London will not love staying in Notting Hill! The street itself is made up of beautiful residential homes and also some small independent businesses so it is pretty quiet at night despite being in central zone 2. The house is set out over three floors and is very spacious with a separate floor for the living area! Definitely a spacious yet cosy space to kick back and relax. Make use of the two comfy sofas and watch freeview on the TV we have for guests. The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip, try out the weekend food market at Duke of York Square - you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here!
If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!
There are two bedrooms in the house. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds. The bottom bedroom is on the first floor and it is almost like its own little self contained flat. There is a walk in shower here for guests too. The other bedroom is on the 3rd floor and is very spacious. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style with large feature sinks. The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London.
The house comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
The apartment is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it's prepared for each new visitor.

There’s a reason why so many films are set in Notting Hill. The neighbourhood’s cobblestoned streets weave through scrunched alleyways and richly furnished Victorian town homes, and its stylish shops and passionate antique vendors satiate design-driven appetites—Notting Hill’s famed Portobello Road Market is a rummager’s delight. Make sure you look out for the best doorknob shop in London. Celebrated as much for its idyllic streetscapes as it is for its cafe lifestyle and ephemeral fancies, it’s easy to understand Notting Hill's cinematic celebrity. As you can see, there is so much more to Notting Hill than the famous movie which was filmed here! There are also plenty of bars and restaurants which are busy throughout the week with young professionals and families alike. Take a trip to Portobello Road for the best selection of unique shops - including the best doorknob shop in London!
Notting Hill Gate tube station is only a 5 minute walk away. This station is serviced by the central, circle, and district lines. This means you can be at famous spots in London such as Marble Arch, Kensington, Chelsea, Bond Street and Oxford Circus within minutes.
There are also plenty of buses in the area, which are a great way of travelling if you like to have a peek at your surroundings as you travel.
A great local tip is to download the Citymapper app. This free app will plan your journey for you efficiently and quickly. It gives you a variety of different transport options such as bike, rail, tube and Uber taxi. It will also take you step by step through your journey as you travel and notify you when you are nearing your destination.
Other things to note
Whilst this is definitely a spacious family-sized home, it might not be suitable for small children. Reason being that there is a large terrace on the first floor which does not have any safety railings. The second bedroom is also 2 floors away from the master bedroom so you might not be able to hear a child crying.
As the property is set out over three floors, there are a few stairs in the house which means it may not suitable for people with mobility issues.
