This condo has a complete kitchen . It has a stackable full size washer/dryer. The dining table seats 6 plus bar stools at the bar. Tile is located in the dining area , kitchen, and bathrooms. Carpet is located in both bedrooms and the living area. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a door to the balcony. The windows in the master bedroom can be opened to hear the ocean. The second bedroom currently has a queen size bed, but we plan on adding more sleeping quarters. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower configuration. The facility has a pool, BBQ pit, exercise room and a rentable party room.

Our family lives in Louisiana and has always vacationed in Gulf Shores, as well as Orange Beach. We previously owned a condo for 12 years, across the street from the beach with no obstruction to the view, but I wanted to retire in a condo where I could hear the waves!

This property has a perfect view and low density, meaning less noise. There's lots of restaurants and activities for the kids! There is a complete kitchen if you want to stay in and save money. There is also a DVD player for movies when you need to stay away from sun. I can't wait to vacation there for the next few years!

Refund only if hurricane is threatening. The 250 is a refundable booking/damage fee that will be returned after the condo is checked. Anything damaged will be deducted as a replacement cost. Pay by check or money order.
