About the property

Bright and airy two double bedroom flat close to river and 3 mins to the over-ground station in a quiet location in Fulham - Imperial Wharf development. Modern apartment with great links to Central London and a close walk to the Kings road, good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It has two double bedrooms with a double bed in each room, 1 bathroom and a modern open plan setting. Furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout it has all the facilities you require to make you feel at home during your visit.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and oven.

Modern secured building located on the 7th floor with lift access in Imperial Wharf development.

Bed linen and towels provided.

It’s about 3 mins walk to Imperial Wharf station and access to the gym and facilities.

There is a famous Arabic restaurant (Yamal Alsham), Thai (Blue Elephant) and a Korean (BeniShoga) restaurant on the promenade. Imperial Wharf Gardens alongside the river Thames is a minute away with clusters of great small restaurants and shops, whilst the flat itself is very quiet.

Guest access

You can get access to the apartment any time after 2pm on the day of arrival, and guests need to leave by 11am on the day of departure - unless otherwise agreed with the host.

Ground-floor entry to the apartment block is by secure key fob with lift to the 7th floor; easy access for disabled guests or wheelchair users.

Walk through The Boulevard to The Thames, Chelsea Harbour and Imperial Wharf Park.

The neighbourhood

A great modern apartment in a peaceful and secure location, close to all the amenities of Fulham and Chelsea with great transport links in and out of London.

Kings Rd is approx 10min walk with many restaurants along this famous road including Bluebird cafe, Beaufort House / L'Eto / Ca'ppucino (previously Mary Quant's first boutique), Saatchi gallery or the much loved and quirky "Buonasera At The Jam" restaurant.

Battersea Park is a lovely 15min walk along the river Thames and if you have children Battersea Park also has the best adventure playground in London.

Fulham Broadway is approx 12min walk away alongside Stamford Bridge

- Largest Sainsburys in London is approx 7mins walk down Townmead Rd

- Wholefoods (health food/ organic food) - Fulham Broadway

Getting around

Imperial Wharf Over-ground station is seconds away for trains in and out of London; With a bus stop in front of the building with easy connections to Fulham Broadway (391 bus) & Earls Court (C3 bus) which are between 5 and 10 minutes bus ride away respectively or about 12 minute walk to Fulham Broadway;

The River Bus at Chelsea Harbour is a great way to get into the centre of town, City of London & East London;

Transport for London 'Santandar Cycles' have bikes available right outside the apartment.

It is easy to get a black taxi by Imperial Wharf as they go through Chelsea Harbour day & night. Or you can book a taxi with Addison Lee.

Journey times by train from Gatwick airport & the underground from Heathrow airport will both take approximately 45 minutes.

Beautifully maintained flat with great facilities next to transport links.

Our family of four stayed here in August 2018. Access to the flat was straightforward, and the facilities are great (dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi etc).

Ideal location for anyone wanting to stay in West London.

Great location and a neat, comfortable apartment

Denny met us at a time suitable for us and showed us through the apartment answering any questions we might have had. The apartment was lovely, with everything that we needed. A fantastic location with a grocery store and restaurants at the doorstep. Bus and train within 200metres.

Just as described, a clean flat near Chelsea with all the basics provided!

Thanks for a great London experience! Very close to the Imperial Wharf which is one stop from the District Line for further London sightseeing. Loved the Harris & Hoole coffee shop across the street from the station. Tesco Express handy for picking up a few snacks and breakfast items. A nice, quiet area near the heart of it all. We would definitely book this place again.

Great apartment, great location!

This apartment is simple and clean. There is a bus stop across the street, a gym in the complex and a convenience store a block away. Everything we wanted was steps from our door. Also , Security at the front door. Very safe. The best part was that the homeowner, Denny, went above and beyond for us. When my daughter unexpectedly flew in 2 days ahead of me, she met her at the apartment with the keys. I was so thankful since she was traveling alone. Thanks Denny! I would definitely stay here again!

This flat is just amazing, clean and minimalist! it has everything you need for your holidays or long term. In a quiet neighbourhood, close to everything! Honestly I would go back for sure!
