Perfect Location and Place

  • 5 of 5

This was my first time to stay in this property, and I'll definitely be returning. Ninon provides such detailed instructions on everything, which was very helpful as well as providing a sense of security that nothing was left for me to figure out, other than how to have a good time while in Los Angeles! As soon as I entered the property, I felt welcomed by the garden and Ninon. The cottage is lovely, comfortable (Spotless!), and Ninon had even provided some food staples to make my stay even better. There's just something so comforting about looking in the fridge and seeing milk, juice, even butter, and not having to run to a grocery store as soon as I could. So, in essence, I highly recommend this property.

Would happily stay again

  • 5 of 5

A wonderful sanctuary just a short walk from the bustle of Melrose. The Bungalow is as described and has everything you might need. Ninon is an ideal host. She responds to correspondence immediately and is available but is never intrusive. We have stayed in a number of hotels and homes in LA over years of visits and this was out best stay yet. We particularly appreciated the large and comfortable bed and look forward to returning.

Best B&B Experience Ever

  • 5 of 5

This was my second stay at Ninon's charming cottage. Out of probably 20 bookings around the world, this is my favorite. It is not only comfy and pretty, the kitchen is so well stocked... And when I got locked out, Ninon was there in a flash. Great host, great place in West Hollywood.

What a wonderful first experience with VRBO. The bungalow was the perfect location-- only a block off of Melrose, with coffee and shopping right around the corner. Our bungalow was the perfect size for the two of us with all of the amenities we needed, including snacks and coffee! The king size bed was extremely comfortable, too. We will definitely be back!

Great accommodations and perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Tastefully decorated with many personal touches that gives this place a great get-away stay, "Hollywood-style". Ninon is a first-class host and provides awesome recommendations on local favorite eateries, exhibits, shows, etc. The property is securely situated and very near Melrose Avenue, which has plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. Uber pickups average less than 2 minutes - a big plus for short stays. As they say in show business, "Bravo, Ninon!". I'll certainly be staying here again on my next visit to La La Land.

Car: not necessary

Our neighborhood is super friendly. From Melrose Avenue shopping, restaurants, hiking, yoga and art to The Grove, Hollywood and Highland and Robertson Shopping. You can go to Rodeo Drive but that is for tourists... The hiking at Runyon Canyon is five minutes away. To see Los Angeles from the top of the mountain around Sunset is pretty spectacular!! The Observatory, Hollywood Sign, Downtown, The New Century City Mall and the Ocean are all within view. You can Uber with no waiting. No need for a car. Fairfax Avenue has blossomed with some of the best Restaurants: Crossroads, Spartina, Mozza, Providene, Petit Trois, Carlito's Gardel, Village Idiot, Animal, Ysabel and many more... Here is a great link for restaurants.
