About the property

Welcome to your newly renovated and very private guest house bungalow and garden! Everything you want to make your stay easy, comfortable and convenient is right here. When you are ready to take a break from being out and about in popular West Hollywood, come home through your own private entrance, (all electronic with no keys needed for access), and relax in your fully appointed home away from home. I have tried to think of everything you might need to feel pampered, including freshly laundered robes hanging in your closet, 320 thread count cotton sheets plus luxurious hypoallergenic pillows and duvet on the king size Aireloom mattress. For your viewing pleasure, there is a brand new HD Smart TV with premium HBO/Showtime Cable TV and Wifi. There is a permanent parking pass (that each guest can use and return) that allows you to park on the street at all times except during street cleaning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances, dish/cook/glassware and utensils and I’ve left you some coffee and a few little snacks for your arrival. Dine indoors or outdoors on the private patio, while overlooking a garden full of hummingbirds. Peaceful, lush, and soothing. There is even a hammock where you can take a siesta.

Note: Property is available for TV/Film/Print shoots and Corporate/Special events. Rates upon request.

Perfect Location and Place

  • 5 of 5

This was my first time to stay in this property, and I'll definitely be returning. Ninon provides such detailed instructions on everything, which was very helpful as well as providing a sense of security that nothing was left for me to figure out, other than how to have a good time while in Los Angeles! As soon as I entered the property, I felt welcomed by the garden and Ninon. The cottage is lovely, comfortable (Spotless!), and Ninon had even provided some food staples to make my stay even better. There's just something so comforting about looking in the fridge and seeing milk, juice, even butter, and not having to run to a grocery store as soon as I could. So, in essence, I highly recommend this property.

Great location, well appointed hideaway.

  • 5 of 5

This is a lovely little bungalow at the back of a quiet garden. A two minute walk to shopping, restaurants, night life right in the heart of Hollywood. The owner is lovely but unobtrusive and the apartment is very well appointed. She has thought of everything. The kitchen is ready to cook in and well laid out. A nice private santuary for a work trip or couples weekend.

Lovely little cabin, perfect for a couple.

Comfortable King bed, private yard with sitting area, kitchen has everything required to cook a meal if desired. We were pleasantly surprised to see it stocked with a number of food items, snacks and staples. The cabin was quiet and secure and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place

  • 5 of 5

This bungalow is everything we hoped for and more. The bungalow is surrounded by fabulous coffee shops and restaurants as well as easy access to stores and freeway. It is filled with all the comforts of home including a cozy deck right off the front door and a beautiful yard . The owner is welcoming, friendly, and ready to do anything to make your stay memorable. We will definitely be back as we visit our daughter in this area quite frequently .

Car: not necessary

Our neighborhood is super friendly. From Melrose Avenue shopping, restaurants, workouts and art to The Grove, Hollywood and Highland and Robertson Shopping. You can go to Rodeo Drive but that is for tourists... The hiking at Runyon Canyon is five minutes away. To see Los Angeles from the top of the mountain around Sunset is pretty spectacular!! The Observatory, Hollywood sign, Downtown, Century City and the Ocean are all within view. You can Uber with no waiting. No need for a car. Fairfax Avenue has blossomed with some of the best Restaurants: Petit Trois, Carlito's Gardel, Village Idiot, Animal, Ysabel and many more... Here is a great link for restaurants. http://la.eater.com/maps/best-los-angeles-restaurants-38
