Perfect Location and Place

  • 5 of 5

This was my first time to stay in this property, and I'll definitely be returning. Ninon provides such detailed instructions on everything, which was very helpful as well as providing a sense of security that nothing was left for me to figure out, other than how to have a good time while in Los Angeles! As soon as I entered the property, I felt welcomed by the garden and Ninon. The cottage is lovely, comfortable (Spotless!), and Ninon had even provided some food staples to make my stay even better. There's just something so comforting about looking in the fridge and seeing milk, juice, even butter, and not having to run to a grocery store as soon as I could. So, in essence, I highly recommend this property.

Great accommodations and perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Tastefully decorated with many personal touches that gives this place a great get-away stay, "Hollywood-style". Ninon is a first-class host and provides awesome recommendations on local favorite eateries, exhibits, shows, etc. The property is securely situated and very near Melrose Avenue, which has plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. Uber pickups average less than 2 minutes - a big plus for short stays. As they say in show business, "Bravo, Ninon!". I'll certainly be staying here again on my next visit to La La Land.

Amazing Hollywood Getaway

  • 5 of 5

What a pleasure it was to rent from Ninon. She has to be one of the nicest people I’ve met. She was so welcoming and accommodating, it made the rental experience that much better.

The bungalow was great. Spacious and fully equipped, it was perfect for our vacation and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our favorite part of the day was eating breakfast on the patio. We would walk around the corner to the French bakery, La Chouquette, and pick up freshly made croissants and pastries and eat outside with a cappuccino, it was delightful.

The location was great, not too far from all the touristy spots, and lots of good restaurants and shops along Melrose. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Ninon!

Perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5

This W. Hollywood studio apartment is cute, cozy, well-located, and so well-stocked with the essentials you will need. I didn't even need to make a trip to the grocery store! The king-sized bed is super comfy. The location is just off Melrose. Ninon is an attentive and friendly host. I can't wait to come back for another visit. Highest recommendation!

Best place to stay if you're visiting LA!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time staying at Ninon's bungalow. It had everything we needed and more. It was very conveniently located within a 15-20 min drive to everything we wanted to see and do - the Getty, Griffith Park, Hollywood Blvd, the Grove, etc. The decor was beautiful, the amenities are impeccably maintained, the bed was comfortable, parking was a breeze, the deck and hammock outside provided a great place to have morning coffee, and Ninon (the owner) was super responsive. Ninon has gone out of her way to make this feel like a home away from home. In fact, as we traveled to other cities in California, we were pining to return to this place! We will be back!
