Recently updated with new beds and new flooring, Villa Del Mar 403 is a two-bedroom / 1 ½ bathroom, air-conditioned fourth-floor condo that sleeps four comfortably. The home is equipped with a large flat-screen HDTV and free Internet, which makes setting tee times and making reservations so easy. You’ll also love being able to send photos home to friends instantly.

Take the elevator up to the fourth floor and enter your beautifully decorated vacation home. There are plenty of comfortable chairs and a couch where you can watch TV or venture out through the sliding glass doors onto the large balcony that overlooks palm trees, the white sand beach and endless stretches of turquoise Gulf waters. It’s a view that never grows old.

Beyond the living room in the other direction is the dining area complete with handsome table and chairs. This is the perfect place to serve an elegant dinner or to play a game of cards. There’s also a handy table on the balcony for more casual dining overlooking the Gulf.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils you might need to cook a wonderful meal or a simple snack for you and your guests. There’s also plenty of storage for food. Make one trip to the nearby Publix Supermarket and you’ll be all set.

The master suite is a true retreat from the world with its comfortable brand new king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and glass doors giving you easy access to the balcony just beyond your bed. Imagine the fun of enjoying a glass of wine as you watch the stars come out over the Gulf. It’s the perfect way to end your day.

The large, two-part bathroom provides a tub/shower area that’s separated from a large room with vanity and sink where you can spread out your stuff and get ready for your day of fun in Fort Myers Beach.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and offers great views of the surrounding area on two sides. There’s plenty of storage space for all guests’ belongings in the large dresser.

The handy half bath connects into the tub/shower room but has its own vanity and toilet for added convenience.

When you stay in Villa Del Mar 403, you have covered parking for your car and access to a swimming pool with lots of lounge chairs and a gas grill nearby. Cook up some hot dogs for your family’s lunch or, better yet, grill up a fish you reel in on a fishing excursion. Best of all, you are just steps from the sandy, Gulf shore. My husband and I stayed at the Villa Del Mar condo April 2011. The condo was as advertised. The building is secure. Parking is easy. The pool is ocean side and lovely. The ocean is just beyond the pool. The condo had everything we needed from beach towels to beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and easy to use. The lanai is quite large and is accessible from both living room and master bedroom. We turned off the air and opened the sliding glass door to enjoy the sounds of the ocean at night. When our daughter and a friend joined us we had no problem sharing the shower, since the two bathrooms are adjoining. We would stay at this condo again

We stayed in unit 403 during Thanksgiving, 2017. The unit was clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is VERY firm. We loved the screened in balcony, and spent a lot of time there. only about 4 of the 12 units were occupied during this time. Nice view from both the Living area and the Master Bedroom. Quiet, and very few tenants used the heated pool. We liked the secure facility and the covered parking. It was right on the beach, which was very convenient. The traffic during this time on Estero Blvd was terrible, due to the road construction in progress, but once it is complete, I'm sure it will be much better. It is a 2 mile walk to the Ft. Meyers Pier, and 1 mile to the closest restaurant on the Beach (Junkanoo's Pizza). The Publix grocery is very convenient and within walking distance. We ate at the Bayfront Bistro, next to the Publix. It was very good, with great views of the bay. Laundry room is available on the first floor. We would definitely consider returning to this unit in the future!

This was our second time staying in unit 403. We've stayed in several other condos on Estero Blvd over the years, and this one is our favorite by far. Lovely views of the gulf, great pool, clean, well-appointed, close to Publix and directly on the beach. You can't beat listening to the waves and feeling the cool, soothing breeze at night. The owners are delightful, as well. We hope to return again next year.

Super place, just beautiful

Loved this place! Roomy, equipped, nicely decorated, great view, steps to the beach. Only drawback was no washer/dryer in unit. Super old washer/dryer for $1.50 in shared laundry area.

Great Location, Great Place

The location is great. There is a Trolley stop right in front of the building. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a bar/restaurant within walking distance as well. Beautifully decorated and the best of all there are only 12 units in the building. Will for sure return.
