Why Ray Gorrell chose Chattanooga
This property is the perfect vacation spot for many reasons! Who doesn't love the river and the summer sun? Swimming all day then laying out to dry in the sun. The pavilion is perfect for grilling dinner after a long day on the water!

We came to Chattanooga because my daughter had a softball tournament for the week. I didn’t have any expectations I was just looking for a place that wasn’t a hotel. But boy did we hit the jackpot! We lived this place. Very clean! Ray was very nice a helpful always asking how we were doing every time we ran into him. Being able to use the water equipment was awesome! My kids didn’t want to leave they were having so much fun. Sitting out by the river in the morning and evening was extremely relaxing. WHAT A VIEW! The pictures don’t do it justice you have to see it to believe it. I hope to go back one day. One of the best trips we’ve gone on.
Great get away Had a great time on the water
Chattanooga by boat
Great place to stay. We came by boat. The owner was very nice and on-site. He was willing to run us to Walmart since we didn’t have a car. The place was in a great location in relation to downtown, 15 minute boat or car ride.
What a fantastic vacation experience. Our entire family loved the location. The property lies in a scenic gorge on the Tennessee River. The setting is serene and incredibly relaxing. The residents were kind and accommodating. The property owner checked on us several times during the visit to make sure all was well. He has a great outdoor cooking set up with several gas and charcoal grills. There are several grocery stores about 10 minutes away. Downtown Chattanooga is an easy drive. We will return.
Great find right outside of Chattanooga
We stayed for a long weekend. The condo was clean and well kept. It was close to downtown Chattanooga and so many other outdoor areas to explore. It was quiet and peaceful on the river. If I had to repeat this trip, I would stay here again.
