Perfect for large groups and conference goers. Minutes drive from downtown
This home an unbelievable treasure. It is a brick home built in 1886 during the Victorian era and was one of Salt Lake City's first farmland estates. Although the farmland has changed over time, this historic home remains the neighborhood's earliest piece of period architecture. It has been newly restored and renovated with the best of everything, bringing you an unprecedented experience in an historic home.
It is a large home on three floors, spacious and accommodating for large groups. It has beautiful high ceilings, a living room/great room, kitchen with eating nook, four bedrooms, a loft, family room on the lower level, and two gorgeous bathrooms with hot water on demand.
The house has a high efficiency tankless hot water system so you and your guests will never run out of hot water no matter how many are in the house or how many showers you take. :-)
All the beds are brand new and excellent quality tempurpedic and pillow top mattresses. Each bed is protected with a freshly laundered protect-a-bed waterproof mattress cover.
This is a beautifully decorated home with lovely beds, linens, and furnishings. Additionally, there is a large indoor storage area just inside the lower level back door for your skis, bikes, and gear.
There is plenty of room for your family and friends to enjoy Utah's world class skiing or exquisite summer beauty from this well located home base.

About Rhea & Jackson
We where married in August of 2008 and in November of 2008 we bought this home. What then ensued was a very interesting and overwhelming journey of a complete home remodel. We replaced everything in the home including the foundation. Luckily both the home and our marriage survived the remodel :) VRBO is such a fun way for us to share our love of beautiful places. The art of vacationing is the stress free enjoyment of time spent with those you love in a place that you love to be. We love hosting those who come to visit this amazing city we have every confidence that you will love your experience here.

Why Rhea & Jackson chose Poplar Grove
Poplar Grove, borders the Jordan river and has several public parks, including the International Peace Gardens within blocks. Once a large farm and orchard in the late 1800's, the neighborhood has developed into a mixed-use use community. The SLC International Airport is only 7 minutes from this home. Downtown and the renoun Temple Square (the Mormon Tabernacle Choir practices and performs here) is just minutes away, access to major and connecting freeways is close by and convenient, and world class ski resorts are 20-25 minutes away from the property.

Cute house! Comfortable stay
Very well decorated. Good location. Would rent again.
Great location, beautiful home!
Excellent property, great service, and lots of extras as well.
Beautiful, comfortable, everything you would want!
We so loved our stay. The owner was so wonderful in every way. We had 8 of us stay there very comfortably. Definitely want to stay there again, but next time we want to make it a longer stay!
Exactly as advertised
As beautiful as before
This was my third stay with Rhea and Jackson. The home is as beautiful as the pictures! Unfortunately some of the wonderful touches such as the stocked fridge, full bookshelf and collection of DVD's were no longer there. I suspect there is a reason for this and if I hadn't stayed here before I wouldn't of missed them! Everything else was great, the proximity to downtown makes it a great place to stay if you are in SLC for any events downtown or at Temple Square.
Beautiful house and nice owner!
Our group of 13 enjoyed our stay in this home very much.
The house makes you feel at home and the rooms & beds are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving, and the appliances are very nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated and clean.
The owner Rhea and Jackson were very responsive, every detail made you feel at home, a five star home!!!
Thank you so much Rhea for a wonderful stay!!!
