Fantastic individual unit!

Brian's communication was excellent along the way. His unit is spacious, convenient to the elevators, parking and, best of all? It's clean! Wow. Just like home. If you want to pick at a hangnail, the bathrooms are a tad industrial/dated, but clean. I will take that over a modern facility that is dirty. The only other issues in the unit are the wifi and a need for another place setting - silverware, plates, etc. Relative to the wifi? At best, it is spotty. At worst, it didn't work. I needed it for work and the kids for their devices. So, that was a headache. The solve is Dunkin Donuts or the pub across the street next to Papas. Also, no community grills offered and the elevators are SLOW as the service staff uses the same ones as the patrons. Finally, the gym is dated and some equipment did not work. We ended up buying a one week pass at Core Fitness - 1 mile away. That facility was excellent, FYI. Let's keep in mind, though, those are not really Brian's issues. I suppose he could buy a range extender/booster to get the wifi signal quality better as unit owner 1417 had; however, that can be received as trivial if you are there for vacation, 100%. What you should focus on is how nice and clean his condo unit is. That's rare with these rentals - we see several a year and this was the cleanest. We would stay again at one of Brian's other rental units, too. Great guy and he clearly keeps his rentals as we like, appreciate and are willing to pay for. Thanks again!!

Beach front perfection!

Just finished a week long stay at #517 at Camelot by the Sea. The condo unit met or exceeded all expectations. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, with all that you need for a stay at the beach. Furniture is in really good shape, and the ocean front views are amazing.

Arrival, check-in and departure were all easy and trouble free. Building amenities were as advertised, with several pools (indoor/outdoor, lazy river, hot tub), coffee shop at street level and a beach side Tiki bar. All the shops and restaurants along Ocean Blvd are within a 10 minute walk.

Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful Condo & Owner Brian was Fantastic!!

Perfect stay from beginning to end! Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with & went above & beyond to accommodate our family. We stay at MB over Thanksgiving every year & in a different condo every year. Brian's condo is one of the very best & we hope to stay with him again. The parking garage is attached to the resort which allows you to park in the deck & walk a few steps to the unit - no street to cross, no elevators, no stairs. His unit is in the corner away from the other units & has an extra window in the dining room allowing you to see down the beach from the side. As you walk into the unit there are two bedrooms (one on either side) and the hall bath (attached to the twin bedroom) in the hall that leads to the kitchen which is open to the dining room and living room on the left side of the condo and the master bedroom & bath on the right side. From the kitchen you can see the beach out of the dining room window, the living room wall of windows/sliding glass door & through the master bedroom wall of windows/sliding glass door. The view from the condo is absolutely amazing! I took several of my sunrise pics from the kitchen because of the unbelievable view. The balcony runs the entire width of the living room and master bedroom with plenty of chairs & tables for everyone to enjoy the view. The condo was spotless & everything was in great working order. There is a stacked washer & dryer in the unit. There is ample closet space with extra hangers. Linens were provided and there were plenty of wash cloths, hand towels & bath towels. There were two kitchen towels and dish cloths. There was a coffee pot, a blender & a toaster & plenty of dishes as well as an over the range microwave & dishwasher. There was cabinet space in the kitchen for dry goods & snacks. There's a Starbucks right across the street, a Dunkin Donuts on the 1st floor & a restaurant right next door. The boardwalk is just a few blocks down from the resort. The resort has an indoor & outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs both in & out. They also have an indoor heated lazy river. The resort also provides pool towels with no questions asked. The outdoor hot tub is directly below the balcony & it is quite loud when in use but the pool hours are strictly enforced & it got quiet at 11pm sharp without fail. They also enforce a strict no smoking policy including someone periodically watching from the lawn to make sure there is no smoking on the balconies. Wonderful condo!! Yes, rent it!!
