The boiler cupboard is here and is invaluable for drying items in a hurry.


This room is downstairs between the bedroom and study area.

The quiet and private garden is located off the bedroom and to the rear of the home.

Here you are handily located between the wonderful neighbourhoods of Islington and Hoxton. The City is around 15 minutes away, with quick easy transport connections to the West End. This trendy, popular part of London really is special. Shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants abound, there's history and culture to soak up, and a thriving nightlife!

Islington is well known for nightlife and theatre and offers an impressive range to rival the West End - Sadlers Wells, Alemeida, Union Chapel and O2 Academy are just a sample of the incredible range on offer. Well known attractions in the area include Camden Passage antiques market, Chapel Market fruit & veg, the Dickens Museum, the London Canal Museum, Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Spitalfields and Pettycoat Lane.

Being on the edge of the City the location offers quick and easy access to most of the central London tourist attractions. Much loved by artists and city financiers alike the area offers vibrant restaurants, music venues, bars and night life as well as renowned galleries hosting theatrical events.

Great for families too as the area offers the V&A Museum of Childhood, the Geffrye Museum with a very good kidzone, Highbury Fields, London Fields and Clissold Park, not to mention De Beauvoir square.
