The apartment is in a purpose built village called Tanca Piras at Nebida which has a large swimming pool only for the residents that are staying in the complex, there is a small private cove within the village and 6 hectares of landscaped grounds to wonder in, with some picnic benches here and there at panoramic points.
There is a bar and restaurant in the village complex which serve traditional Sardinian food etc which I'm told is excellent although there is no menus as it will depend on what's in season.
There are many beaches only a few minutes from Nebida which you will find has soft sand and crystal clear sea perfect for snorkeling or swimming, there are some small shops for food etc all within walking distance plus a few bars and restaurants, Iglesias is just 15 mins drive where you will find plenty of supermarkets, shops, banks, etc etc.
