10th floor, with full gym facility, 4 led or lcd TVs with 250 channel cable , air conditioned, I prefer the panama fans in every room, large glassed balconies facing the ocean or the Sierra Madres, shade or sun any time of the day. 100 meter heated pool, underground parking, 24 hr professional security. The best fire protection in PV.

Lovely manicured beach, now a Blue Flag Beach. The best of anything you could wish in PV. Concierge service with full local knowledge and removes the language barrier. Extremely good local taxi service and very inexpensive reliable safe bus service to the edge of the property.

A lively group of stimulating residents or guests to mingle with around the pool and share a beverage with. 3 grocery stores with in 10 blocks including a Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco within a short walk.

Safety, The tap water is the best in Mexico for the last ten years, the security dotes on your safety and we are blessed with a naval base and an army barracks as the political elite love to holiday in our area. We live in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada and are starting to slow down our careers and begin to enjoy most leisure time. We are still active in our profession so we can only be in Puerto Vallarta part time. To off set the upgrades we are doing to the property we are going to rent it out to like minded responsible guests who in time may become our friends.

Why Terry Johnston chose Puerto Vallarta

We owned in a 5 star Shea development in Phoenix (trilogy at Vistansia) but we don't golf but we love water so we started looking again. We have traveled over most of Mexico and feel PV has the most of what we want. Easy access with a major airport, safety with potable tap water, safe food and enough infrastructure to stay in contact.

We think we have good taste and enjoy making it our dream destination. It will appeal to most but not all. We have comfortable King Beds in 2 bedrooms and 3 twins in the third. We bought top quality mattresses and spared no expense to make it a paradise.

We have created lots of places to curl up with a book listening to the surf or bluetooth your tunes into our sound system.

Massive pool deck with loungers for all. The pool is the largest in Vallarta. Underground secure parking with monitored cameras everywhere. We have just updated our fire control system to the best in Vallarta and have US trained firefighters on staff.

What makes this condo unique

In the middle of the hotel zone, central to everything but still private, secure and relatively quiet. You can walk to anything you may need or taxi or bus. Watch the cruise ships enter and depart, or the airport far enough away not to be noisy but close enough to feel sorry for the people going home. A very open bright design attractive and comfortable at the same time.

We will supply weekly maid service who if you wish can prepare a meal for you in house.

You are responsible for your own electrical consumption. All other utilities are covered.

We have added a MagicJack US telephone.

A short walk to banks (Scotiabank is my favorite), stores, yoga, nightclubs, casino, Canadian Consulate with massage therapists abounding. A new luxury shopping destination in now under construction next door.

We had a wonderful time. Your place is fantastic; I can see why you love it. We actually started looking into some of the other units for sale. Not sure if we're ready to get locked into one place yet, but we'll see. It was so easy to get to (our flight was less than 4 hours!) and PV is a fantastic city. I've been to both Mazatlan and Cabo in this past year and PV was so much better. We really loved it.

Other really good points about the place are that Jungle Burger is there at the pool with food and drinks, you have a cooler to take to the beach or pool, and that several ATMs/banks and a Starbucks are right there at Peninsula Plaza. Also, all the restaurants at Peninsula Plaza are closed right now (other than Starbucks). It looks like one may open in a few weeks, but right now it's not an option for food. I also went to the yoga studio at Peninsula Plaza, which was fun. Another wonderful thing about your place is that on the 10th floor, you're up above the bugs. I have a few mosquito bites from being out near the beach for dinner, but we didn't have anything up at your place and we kept either the front or back doors open at all times.



Also, you had us scared about electricity, which was good. It was funny. We were really careful and when we went to check out, Claudia said something to the effect, "This is nothing. Almost zero. Did you even turn the lights on?"
