Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The house in itself has a great location and view. Very close to many popular spots. Garage is very small. Even a mini van was to big/long.
This was a beautiful home. The parking and narrow streets were an issue and I drive an SUV and it was too big for the very little garage. Also not having hot water for most of the morning was very frustrating!!
Nice quiet neighborhood and cozy for our winter stay. Visiting for a wedding nearby and was conveniently located to the venue and nearby attractions (between university district and downtown).
Recommend using car shares and Light Rail for conveniently exploring Seattle (we used the Light Rail and ReachNow).
Spent 3 weeknights in this property and really enjoyed our visit. Quiet neighborhood by the water (seems like it would be quiet for weekend too). Everyone's expectations were exceeded by the coziness and convenience. The automatic fireplace was very efficient for our winter stay. Convenient businesses nearby (Starbucks, local mini mart, etc). Recommend using car shares for full access to street parking and getting around (ReachNow/Uber + Light Rail).
We'd recommend this reservation for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable stay to explore Seattle. It was also very convenient for us because the wedding we were attending was in the area (4min away from the venue).
Make sure your WIFI and Cable work.
