Welcome to my home! This large, bright apartment is the perfect flat to relax in after a day of sightseeing in Rome.
Located in the heart of lovely Piazza Alessandria, it benefits from a lot of typical cafes, restaurant and even a local market. From here every major sight in Rome will be close and very easy to reach thanks to the excellent public transportation.
Now coming back to the apartment itself. The flat is located on the first floor of an ancient roman building, enter the living area where a comfortable sofa bed is located just in front of a brand new LED tv, the perfect space to relax after a long day of explorations.The sofa opens up into two single beds and it is comfortable for 2 adults. I have tried it myself so I am assure you a good nights sleep :)
A fully equipped kitchen is located right next to the living area.All mod cons and cooking utensils are provided. There is a toaster, kettle, dishwasher and oven. Basic cooking ingredients and tea, coffee and sugar are all stocked for guest use.
Moving on to the bedrooms now - there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.The first one has a large double bed, a large window and plenty of space for your belongings.The second one is a little smaller and has two twin beds and a convenient desk that could be perfect as a work station.
Both bedrooms have new beds, new mattresses and new duvets. I get the flat professionally cleaned before each guest and fresh, clean luxury sheets are provided to each guest. There are fluffy white towels in the bathroom and shampoo and shower gel for your use. And ladies there is a hair dryer for you.
Baby cot can be provided up on prior request.
The entire apartment is available to the guests.
Interaction with guests
I would love to welcome you in my flat and give you all the help and assistance you could need, but I'm often abroad. Anyway be sure that some of my collaborators from Hostmaker will take care of you. They are a friendly bunch of people, english speakers, who help me out when I am busy or out of town.
The flat is located in a lovely central area, loved by locals and full of typical roman restaurants, bars, market and shops. It is located nearby the famous Porta Pia.From the flat you can easily reach the metro station Castro Pretorio with a 10 minutes walk, or you can catch one of the many busses that are located 2 minutes from the flat right upon Via Nomentana. Bus number 62 leads you directly in the heart of the city where Piazza di Spagna and Trevi fountains are.If you like to walk you can also take a 20 minutes stroll in the city center and reach the most famous sights such as the Pantheon, Via Condotti and so on.
From Fiumicino Airport you can easily get to the place taking the Leonardo Express (14€) until Termini Station and then the A subway or buss 66, 82, or 90.They will all take you steps from the house in 15 minutes.From Ciampino Airport you can take a convenient bus that will lead you in Termini station in half an hour and then take subway or one of the busses above.If you prefer to take a taxi you will pay around 50€ to get to my place and it is also possible to book it in advance.

* Roma Capitale authority has decided on tourist accommodation tax payments due from the guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed & breakfasts and camping grounds in Rome. The tourist accommodation tax is due for each night spent in Rome’s accommodation facilities.
Regulation on the Rome city tax, approved on March 30th 2018, has introduced important innovations. Tourists staying in private apartment are required to pay a daily contribution of € 3.50 per person. The fee applies only for the first 10 day. Exception: persons who are residents of Rome, and children up to 10 years old.
You can pay cash at your check-in, directly to the person that will welcome you and we will give you a personal receipt.
