About Clark and Linda Isaac

Clark and Linda Isaac are owner/managers of their real estate rentals located in Hickory, Blowing Rock and St. Simons Island, Georgia. Clark is a professional engineer, general contractor and real estate developer and Linda is a licensed real estate broker. We spend most of our time in Hickory when not traveling, but enjoy spending as much time as we can in our coastal Georgia home at Village Villas.

Several years ago we began looking at owning and maybe someday living in the a coastal low country wanted something other than the typical Hilton Head or Florida place at the beach. After travelling to the Georgia low country for many years visiting Jekyll Island, St. Simon's Island and the Golden Isles area we made a decision to buy in the village of St Simons. 4200 Village Villas is uniquely located in the heart of St. Simons Island and is the premier condominium unit in the Village Villas Complex. Occupying the entire top floor of the two story building, this 2000 square foot unit features its own private elevator, two car private secure garage, private outdoor private patio with additional table and seating. Views from the outdoor patio allow guests to sit and relax while watching up close the action of the Village below.

4200 Village Villas continues to impress guests upon entering the living space.. Guests are greeted with a wall of windows providing panoramic views of the courtyard, pool and moss draped trees. Nothing less than 10 foot ceilings, travertine floors, granite countertops, beautiful furnishings would suffice for this spacious open floor plan living area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equiped and ready for the chef in you to create a meal to impress your guest.

The master suite features king bed with a spa like bathroom. The bathroom features a soaking jetted tub, walk in shower, double vanity and private toilet. One of the additional bedrooms features a queen bed. The other bedroom features twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath. For guests needing accommodations for more than 6 guests, the living room sofa converts into a queen sleeper. The nearby laundry room provides a full size washer and dryer for guest use.

An Oasis In Town!

My husband, our children, my parents and I came down to Saint Simons for a few days, and I am SO VERY GLAD I booked the Isaacs' condo! From the private parking to the in-town location, from the "peanut pool" (as my children dubbed it) to the condo itself, it was absolutely wonderful!

The condo is elegant yet comfortable. It is beautifully decorated, yet not so fragile that I was concerned my children would break things (and that's a concern with children). I couldn't stop looking up at the high ceilings and large windows. The kitchen had every pot, pan, dish, glass, and utensil I needed to prepare the food we ate on site; however, there are fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance and we took advantage of those, too. The provided beach towels and bath towels along with the washer & dryer came in handy, as well!

The owner dropped by to say hello and to make sure we had everything we needed. I answered with a hearty "Yes! It's perfect!"

very very nice, roomy, clean, close to everything, gated community, very quiet, will return

no complaints here, if all places were as nice as this, it would be hard to choose. we have stayed at five different properties over the last 5 years, this surpasses all by leaps and bounds. Very roomy, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and all appliances worked great, five stars and a real nice rate. the home owner is a nine iron away should you need assistants, we didn't but he was there to greet us upon arrival; that says alot.
