Two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and Queen size Bed, the Sofa also makes into a queen size bed. Fully Equipped kitchen, BBQs located on the 7th floor provide spectacular Maui views. Solar heated Swimming pool if you choose not to walk less than a block to the best Beach in Kihei, Kamaole Beach I, or drive 3 miles to Wailea Beach. Many restaurants within one to two blocks of your condo. Our unit is on the quiet side of the building and away from the traffic on S. Kihei Road. During the winter months look for whales from the beach or choose a whale cruise or Scuba trip any time of the year. The Sunsets from our condo are spectacular . Also our building provides a rooftop lounge which gives you a fantastic view of the whole area and has 2 barbeques for guest use. Our condo has air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. We provide four beach chairs , beach towels and an umbrella. Our condo is fully equipped for your stay. You only need to provide food and fun. Each unit is allotted one on site parking spot. Our condo is located in the Kamaole Beach Royale Resort.

About Mike Wagner

We love all of the Hawaiian islands but Maui is our favorite.. We were very excited to purchase this condo in January and hope to split our time between Maui and our home in Montana. We thought a long time before deciding to rent it out . When we started coming to Hawaii 30 years ago, we always rented and now we have decided to let other families enjoy the things we did with our children and grandchildren at an affordable rate.

Why Mike Wagner chose South Maui

Location. Extremely convenient access to beaches, restaurants stores etc. But just far enough off of the main road in Kihei to be quiet and still be able to hear the ocean in the evening. Great views of Maui and the ocean. Condo had been remodeled and was off the rental market for 5 years prior to our purchase in January 2015. We are only a 3 mile drive from the beaches at Wailea. You could stay at our Condo without a rental car but you would miss out on the chance to explore this Magical Island. We are only about 10 miles from the city of Kahului where the airport and all the large box stores are located in case you forgot to bring something with you.

What makes this condo unique

In the evening the sounds of the Ocean and the spectacular sunsets from the Lanai. We looked at over 100 condos in a 3 year period before we found this one that met all of our criteria for a second home.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our time here. The condo is on the 3rd floor with the ability to see the ocean. We used both bedrooms and the fold-out bed in the living room. Two restrooms were helpful; most places this size have only one. We were across the street from the Kamaole Beach Park I, easy walking distance and get sunsets. We loved our time there and hope to come again.

Maui condo in the perfect location

We are a family of 4 (2 teens) and found the condo to be very spacious. 2 bedrooms plus a fold out in the living room was great and the 2 bathrooms was even better. The location is right across from Kam I Beach, which we found to be great. All within walking distance is restaurants, shops, beaches and beach rental stores.

The condo is a quiet unit with very friendly people. The rooftop BBQ is a bonus for cooking dinner and watching the sunsets.

My only recommendation to make this condo perfect would be to invest in nicer bed sheets. We found the sheets to be old, worn and not comfortable.

Owner's Response: We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at our condo and we apologize for the problem you encountered with the sheets. It is ironic that we purchased new sheets for over $400 in Mid-February. Unfortunately the old ones were being kept for use as drop clothes for painting. It appears the maids continued to use the old sheets. We have left instructions with them to throw the old ones out. We wish you would have contacted us we would have told you the new ones were in the bedroom closets.

Best location in Kihei !

Thank you for the wonderful stay on Maui. We were travelling with my son, daughter-in-law and 8 mo old grandson. The separate 1 bedroom ensuite was perfect for baby naps and quiet space. Nice Hawaiian charm and comfortable condo. Thanks Mike for letting us stay at your place and we will definitely recommend it for a great time on Maui.

Comfortable and well-located

The condo was well-organized, well-located, and comfortable. The patio has a nice view of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen is well-enough equipped that we were able to create a sumptuous Christmas dinner. A series of great public beaches are only a block away. The complex is also well-laid out with a pool, foot-washing station (for sand from the beach), car-washing station, and trash disposal (although little recycling). A/C consists of only a single window unit. Kihei is a convenient central location, and the Kamaole complex is close to restaurants, snacks, & gear rentals. Parking spaces were always available. Mike Wagner is easy to work with; check in & out is uncomplicated.

Great Location, clean unit with ocean views.

It was nice size unit to accommodate 5 of us, very clean and well kept. Great location with beach access in few minutes, nice swimming beach. If travelling at night please be aware there is lock box upfront, this is not the one. The lock box is on the main screen door, parking for 1 car. Nice pool and also party room close to lobby. Rooftop deck is nicely equipped with bbq, awesome sunsets. Great experience, will return.
