Lovely Apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment was in very good condition and clean. Lori was very gracious to meet us when we arrived. Location is excellent, near to all famous sites at Beverly Hills and Hollywood and easy to find. The front bedroom bed is small for 2 grownups and so used the fold out bed in the lounge room.

Wonderful location!

The location of this rental is perfect! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Rodeo Drive in only a couple minutes away by car. This rental is very comfortable and spacious. Lori is awesome to deal with & very nice...even when we managed to lock ourselves out within an hour of checking in..oops. She also left us a nice welcoming basket which was much appreciated!

A Beverly Hills Gem

This is a beautiful two-BR apartment that is well furnished and very well maintained with top-end appliances and other amenities and even a gift basket awaiting us. Considering its proximity to the heart of Beverly Hills (think: Rodeo Drive), the price was a great deal and the grocery store was just a short walk away. Quiet street, gorgeous neighborhood. As a 15-year VRBO owner myself in Vermont, I realize what it takes to stay on top of things.

I am the onsite owner of this apartment bldg and you will be staycationing in my unit. I may be close by but I definitely respect your privacy and know that you are not here to visit ME! ;-) Nonetheless, you are my guest and it is most important to me that your stay is comfortable and inviting.

I was born and raised in L.A., attended Beverly Hills High School and Cal State Long Beach. When I am not in L.A., I may spend pockets of time at my other home in Arizona where I lived for over 19 yrs, married and raising my two children. Kids are grown, on my own, and back in L.A.

What makes this apartment unique

Newly remodeled owner's suite possessing all the extras. A 4k HDTV with all the premium channels, high-end appliances, multi-head shower in the master, soaking tub in the 2nd bathroom. etc. Experience the tasteful finishes, comfort and privacy for your stay. The extra touches show that it was not intended as a rental but to be enjoyed by the owner...and you get to share the L.A. experience!
