I am the onsite owner of this apartment bldg and you will be staycationing in my unit. I may be close by but I definitely respect your privacy and know that you are not here to visit ME! ;-) Nonetheless, you are my guest and it is most important to me that your stay is comfortable and inviting.

I was born and raised in L.A., attended Beverly Hills High School and Cal State Long Beach. When I am not in L.A., I may spend pockets of time at my other home in Arizona where I lived for over 19 yrs, married and raising my two children. Kids are grown, on my own, and back in L.A.

What makes this apartment unique

Newly remodeled owner's suite possessing all the extras. A 4k HDTV with all the premium channels, high-end appliances, multi-head shower in the master, soaking tub in the 2nd bathroom. etc. Experience the tasteful finishes, comfort and privacy for your stay. The extra touches show that it was not intended as a rental but to be enjoyed by the owner...and you get to share the L.A. experience!

Spending 3 days in Beverly Hills this apartment was perfect for us. 2 rooms. We are a family of 4 and no issues. It is super clean. Everything works and the owner has a lot of little amenities prepared. Loved it

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in a 5 star accommodation. Fresh, upscale and a great walkable score. Highly recommended. Our memories for our 10th wedding anniversary will forever be remembered because of the luxury residence.

Great place

It was a great stay. Everything was clean and neat. The location is good and we walked to many restaurants and Pavilions ( the grocery store). We felt very "at home". I love the kitchen with all the top of the line appliances. The kids loved the cappuccino machine. I didn't asked Lori any questions before the trip since we had rented vacations homes many times before, including in Asia and in Europe. I felt very confident this is a GOOD place to stay, and IT IS. Upon arriving, she has a welcome basket with wine and chips, a jar of candy and chocolates, and a folder with all the detailed instructions. We truly couldn't have any questions, it's all in the folder, just read. A few things I like: her laundry detergent is for sensitive skin, just what we need; There is a box in the bathroom with travel size supplies. We ended up using the toothpaste in it; The large sofa and the folding bed in the living room worked out great for us five. We have older kids and there's plenty bedding; There is a good collection of tea in the pantry; She refunded my deposit within hours of check out. A few reminders: the bottle opener is behind the glass door with the wine glasses, it took us a while to find it; If you have a full size SUV, the parking is very tight. Lori did offer to put us in the back of the house. If you are used to a US King size bed, the bed in the second bedroom is small, not for two adults or big kids. Overall it's a great place, already recommended to other friends and will come back next time when we visit LA. Than you, Lori.

This VRBO experience was perfect from start to finish. Lori's house is beautiful. It has a stylish & pleasant decor and is very livable. A nice touch was the welcome basket with wine and snacks. A welcome booklet was clear and informative.

The kitchen had all the modern appliances and cookware you'd want and was stocked with essential foodstuffs. There were several coffeemakers including a Nespresso and a large variety of specialty coffee pods. There was also a milk frother for lattes. The kitchen gives way to a nice seating area for meals and there's also room to eat around the counter. The living room was well-laid out. Very comfortable couch. There's an entertainment center but we didn't use it. The internet worked flawlessly. The two bedrooms were spacious with PLENTY of closets and drawers. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were also spacious and the master bath shower was extra large and had multiple shower heads so you can get blasted from every direction. Fun. Of course the bathrooms were stocked with everything you'd need. There was a washer and dryer off the master bedroom (with detergent and laundry baskets). It goes without saying that the entire house was 4+/4 clean and the exterior was attractive and the neighborhood was safe. There was a driveway for parking that accommodates two cars. While we were there we happened to run into Lori. She is a very warm and friendly person. She showed my wife how to use the frother and we subsequently enjoyed many lattes!

Our security deposit was promptly returned after our departure.

During our stay I was struck with how well Lori had anticipated all that a guest could need to make their stay a joy.

This was a wonderful and stress-free experience and a very good value. When we return to Beverly Hills Lori's house will be our number one choice!

Could not have been better!

Wonderful place. Everything was better than we expected. Lori was so nice and accommodating. We were there for work and the location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, down the street from Trader Joe's, Pavillion's and great restaurants. Loved it!
