The wide sandy beach can be accessed directly from the apartment s communal gardens meaning that guests can leave the property and be relaxing on the beach within seconds. The golden sand and clear seas make this a popular destination for beach-lovers whether they simply want to relax in the sunshine or take part in the more active watersports on offer such as canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. The village is also home to a bustling harbour from where guests can join a choice of enjoyable boat trips as well as offering a range of shops cafes and pubs all of which are within a few minutes walk of the apartment s front door. A flight of covered stairs leads to the front door of this first-floor apartment upon entering which guests will find a light-filled open-plan living space comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner. This elegantly understated room is dominated by the uninterrupted sea views which can be enjoyed from the large patio doors opening out onto the balcony. The lounge area is located at the same end of the room as the patio doors allowing guests to fully appreciate the views as easily as they can enjoy watching a film on the Smart TV. A glass dining table sits between the lounge area and the kitchen: a well-equipped space offering everything that guests will need to make themselves at home including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The double bedroom though modestly-sized is a restful retreat-like room finished in calming restful shades perfect for a good night s sleep after a day at the beach. The shower room is finished in the same contemporary-style as the rest of the apartment and offers a shower and WC. The property benefits from a fantastic sea-front balcony with garden furniture affording guests a fantastic spot to sit out and enjoy the views over the beach. In addition to this there is also easy access to the beach which is just a few yards away. There is private parking for one car.
