About Vacasa, CO - Vail/Beaver Creek Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Condo review

The furnishing were very dated, but the unit was clean. There is no easy way to get your luggage from your vehicle to the unit. There is an elevator but to get to it you must walk a quite a ways and climb several sets of stairs.

Nice Condo, Good Location, Inconsiderate Neighbors

 • 5 of 5

This condo was very nice and stocked with everything you can think of that you might need. The niceties like shampoo and conditioner were a wonderful touch. The condo is just across Ski Time Square Dr. from the Torian Plum and the Ski Time Square area of the Steamboat base. This makes The Paramount and the Slopeside Grill very convenient. My only issue with our stay was the other residents in the condo. The entire condominium complex and surrounding property is Non-Smoking with signs posted in easy to see areas. Unfortunately, some people feel that the rules do not apply to them. The smell of smoke through the ventilation system was overbearing and disgusting. Of course, this is not the fault of the property owner, but if you do have inconsiderate neighbors, you will smell it. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Owner/Property Manager, I'm not sure what can be done when people so blatantly disregard the rules, but I hope they are fined and must pay to have their room fumigated.

A very cozy stay for the two of us-- clean, comfortable, and well stocked, and really easy access to the lifts. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Mis-represented address at Steamboat Springs

 • 1 of 5

Flew in at night, late, they had given me an incorrect address. Finding the keys in dark was a challenge, in a realtors lock box. Good thing Storm Mountain Express cared enough to stick with me until we found the correct condo unit or I'd have spent the night at the Steamboat Inn. After I got in It building it took me another 10 minutes to find the condo.
