Plan a getaway for a large group at this gorgeous four-bedroom Lincoln City vacation home! With room for 14 guests, this coastal retreat has everything you'll need for a memorable Oregon Coast vacation.
Beach access is only a block away and you'll be just steps from scenic Siletz Bay and popular Taft Park. Watch sea lions, go crabbing or clamming, or just take it easy and relax on your balcony. Mo's Restaurant is a short walk away for bowls of famous clam chowder and if you want to hit the outlet mall, it's less than three miles north.
This lovely home boasts tall ceilings, a gas fireplace, and for entertainment - WiFi, a flatscreen TV, Netflix streaming, and a DVD player. With a full kitchen meals will be no problem here, but of course Lincoln City has a number of eateries for every palate.
At night, settle into one of the four bedrooms for a peaceful night's sleep. There are a variety of bed sizes and three full bathrooms for up to 14 guests, though please note there is only space for four vehicles to park at the home. And with three of the bedrooms on the main floor, guests who may have mobility issues will feel right at home too (there's even an outdoor ramp).
This home is perfect for a family getaway with grandparents and extended-family, or even a group of friends traveling together. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a luxurious jetted tub in one of the main floor's bathrooms, a badminton set, and a CD player. There's even a fun loft space, which is an excellent area to sit and chat but isn't suitable for a sleeping area.
While here, stroll to picturesque Siletz Bay and watch the sea lions, go beachcombing in search of glass floats, or take a day trip to Newport and the Oregon Coast Aquarium - about 30 miles south.
The North Oregon Coast offers so many activities and attractions, your whole group will have a great time here. And when you return to this lovely Lincoln City retreat after exploring the area, you'll have a comfortable home base for your beach adventures!
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Nice basic house for family activities, great because it is a block from beach access and close to Mo's, grocery shopping and craft galleries. Wonderful for families where some will be 'beach bums' and some just want to sit indoors and read or relax. Positives are that it sleeps a lot of people, has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, and is comfortable with upstairs and downstairs spaces to hang out in as well as lots of towels and sheets. There were a few areas where the house could use some improvement. The house is in need of some updating and a good deep clean. Carpet was a bit ragged in places and furniture was not as clean as it could have been. We stayed in the winter and though there is a fireplace, it is more decorative than functional as a heating source and the tall ceilings make it tough to heat evenly in the winter. All in all though it was a very comfortable house for a family retreat or large gathering, not fancy but functional. Taft beach is a great spot for exploring and scrambling over logs, watching seals and beach combing. Winter or summer the coast is a fabulous destination and the Lincoln city float fairies plant a glass float on the beaches from October to May, more during the holidays. We found the glass fusing studio down the street a great family friendly experience for cold or rainy weather. Mo's is fantastic and family friendly for chowder and is walking distance away. I would rent this house again.
Needs to be cleaned WAY better & maintenance needs kept up.
When we first walked in, it was very welcoming and nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the showers didn't work and the handicap sprayer in the handicap shower didn't work either. I didn't think the place was that clean... Couches needed a good wipe down and the carpets were stained. My sons toy went under the couch and when we reached for it, we noticed food crumbs, etc. The kitchen floor wasn't mopped either. They charge a fee for cleaning so I expected more. It didn't look like the comforter in the one of the upstairs bedrooms was washed. There was lots of space in the diner room, kitchen and living room. Just wish everything was a bit cleaner...
Nice and roomy. Close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect distance between North Lincoln City and Depot Bay
Very convenient to the nice beach at Taft. Great sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for a larger group (we had 12 ladies). Kitchen had everything we needed.
