Mo's Restaurant is a short walk away for bowls of famous clam chowder and if you want to hit the outlet mall, it's less than three miles north.
This lovely home boasts tall ceilings, a gas fireplace, and for entertainment - WiFi, a flatscreen TV, Netflix streaming, and a DVD player. With a full kitchen meals will be no problem here, but of course Lincoln City has a number of eateries for every palate.
At night, settle into one of the four bedrooms for a peaceful night's sleep. There are a variety of bed sizes and three full bathrooms for up to 14 guests, though please note there is only space for four vehicles to park at the home. And with three of the bedrooms on the main floor, guests who may have mobility issues will feel right at home too (there's even an outdoor ramp).
This home is perfect for a family getaway with grandparents and extended-family, or even a group of friends traveling together. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a luxurious jetted tub in one of the main floor's bathrooms, a badminton set, and a CD player. There's even a fun loft space, which is an excellent area to sit and chat but isn't suitable for a sleeping area.
While here, stroll to picturesque Siletz Bay and watch the sea lions, go beachcombing in search of glass floats, or take a day trip to Newport and the Oregon Coast Aquarium - about 30 miles south.
The North Oregon Coast offers so many activities and attractions, your whole group will have a great time here. And when you return to this lovely Lincoln City retreat after exploring the area, you'll have a comfortable home base for your beach adventures!

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Home is in need of maintenance
The location is great and it was nice to have a fire place and washer and dryer. However, the doors had door knobs that were loose. The refrigerator needs repair. 3 of the towel racks are very loose. One bedroom had what looked like mold coming out of an outlet. The downstairs bathroom had an odor that made it impossible to use A bird can be seen flying in and out of the bathroom fan intake and it apprears to be livingin it. The smell could be attributed to bird feces and possibly a dead bird, What was most disturbing was the smoke detector that eas hanging from the ceiling by wires. This would be a perfect place if it was maintained better. All the issues put a damper on a family getaway for Mother's Day.
We are sorry to read about the issues this guest dealt with during their stay. We have taken care of the bird situation so the odor is gone and the birds can no longer enter the duct. We have tightened up the door knobs, secured the towel bars, removed the mold, and inspected the fridge. Thank you!
Loved it!!!! 10 out of 10 I would recommend!
This house was everything I was hopeing for and more. Plenty of space to fit my entire basketball team in! No one was crowded, plenty of sleeping space. And it was really cozy as well. My only piece of advice would be to turn on the heat as soon as you get there. It was cold at the beginning but that was to be expected.
Big house for a big group. Loved the location. Furnishing is a bit outdated.
Could easily be a five star place with a few upgrades
The location, size, and layout of the house were wonderful. The appliances and electronics were outdated. Beds were good, depending on the room. House was clean. No smell. When it’s sunny, this place lights up like a true vacation home should. Will visit again.
Great Beach House
Great location, facilities,a new price.
Walking distance to the beach
We had a great stay, thank you vacasa!
