About this property

Casa Rosa is an outstanding villa full of natural light with a private pool conveniently located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro, close to local amenities and just a 20 minute walk to the town centre with its beautiful beach and vast choice of restaurants & shops. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps max 8 people. The open plan living/dining area has plenty of seating and joins together with the modern fully fitted kitchen. The villa has been finished to a high specification by its current owners, beautifully furnished throughout with full air-conditioning. Two 18 hole Championship Golf courses & a tricky 9-hole par 3 course are located just a short drive away.

On the main entrance floor (upstairs) the villa comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living areas and the kitchen. Double glazed patio doors lead out to a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
Further two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the downstairs ground level opening to the swimming pool. There is also a big games room with a pool table, darts and table football. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Next to the pool there is an entertaining area with comfortable sofas.

Fantastic. Lovely,spacious villa with everything you need.

The pictures don’t do it justice. We have stayed in lots of villas and this is by far the best. Everything has been thought about for the perfect stay. The heated pool was like having a warm bath. From sitting in the hut by the pool to lunch on the terrace, shaded from the sun by the awning it suited us down to the ground. Perfect for a large family or even two as the top and bottom floors give separation.

Lovely Villa !

A beautiful,well equipped villa. We were two families with older children and the villa had everything we could want. Lovely bedrooms with good air conditioning. The pool was great only criticism it needed 8 sun loungers not 7. This are had a lovely covered area to sit in and also access to the games room which all of us enjoyed but the Children loved. Upstairs has a great outside area for eating with a gas BBQ and access to the kitchen. We enjoyed numerous trips to Carveioro which is about a 20 min walk. A couple of times we did get a taxi back which were easy to get. The villa was exceptionally well managed by Sam from booking to when we stayed and it was very well maintained with the lady coming in every 4 days to clean and change beds etc. Overall one of the best places we have stayed over the years !
