4 bedroom, Large Eat in Kitchen, with oversized farmers porch

Four bedroom, sleeps 8 comfortably, Washer/Dryer, Central Air Conditioning, hardwood floors and orientals throughout, (No Shag Carpets) flatscreen TV, new kitchen with SS appliances, and granite tops. Brand new mattresses and we supply bedding. Gas grill in the back yard with outside fresh water source for cleaning sand and salt off bodies and beach furniture. Washer/Dryer on the first floor, on demand hot water heater, adequate parking on site and additional parking lot 60 feet away. Oversized farmers porch for hanging out and cocktail hour. This is a home not a camp, families only!!

About Christine

I'm a builder and my wife is a banker. We have always lived in NH and have made Hampton one of our family adventure locations. We keep a sport fishing boat in Hampton Harbor and try to get out on the water every chance we can get.

Why Christine chose Seacoast

When we first purchased this property two yeas ago it needed lots of help. It took me 9 months to completely gut and renovate this home and the rental units out back. This home is now the diamond in the neighborhood. All of the homes in the area, including 19 L Street, are older homes build in the 30s. The majority of these homes need but don't get the attention they need to make them ready for the 21st century. 19 L Street has been totally renovated to meet the current building code, and beyond.

What makes this house unique

Adequate parking, restaurants and bars within short walking distance, never have to get in your car. Triple pane windows to keep the cool air in if you need a break from the sun. No shag carpets that smell.

This is helpful for those that want to go to bed early and don't want to be disturbed by activities going on downstairs. Triple pane, Argon Filled, Low E Glass Windows also helps keep the noise from bothering those that are trying to get some peace and quiet.

Cottage on "L" street, next door to "Millie's Tavern"

Great property! Located close to beach and entertainment

Had a great time in Hampton beach, this house made it easy to enjoy our stay. Had everything u need to have a a good week on the beach, and it was located in the perfect spot. Was only a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to great bars, restaurants and shops!! Only thing you should considr is it can be a bit loud at night time with bars so close but that was alight with us

Wonderful house! great location! House was clean, and very comfortable . The kitchen is amazing!!! Great front porch for people watching. Met the owners in arrival and they were wonderful too!!! Can't wait to go back next year!!!!

Great house for a family

I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids (5 and 1) and my inlaws. It was fantastic. enough space for everyone. Love having the bedrooms upstairs so the kids are away from the downstairs noise. The street is very busy and is noisy from the restaurant and bars but that didn't seem to wake the kids which was awesome. It's so close to the beach and the boardwalk, we never got in the car. Exactly what I want in a vacation. Owners are fantastic! The outside shower was the best.

Picture Perfect.........................NESN TV would add to my enjoymet?

19 L street was fantastic. well equipped with all the pots, pans,silverware,glasses. The bedrooms were all upstairs which was great. The kitchen area was open concept,with plenty of room to move about. Central Air with 2 Zones made the whole place very comfortable.The parlor was a great place for the grand children to watch tv play with their I PADS. Front porch very relaxing.Looking forward to being back there same time next year. ThankYOU for having US.
