FANTASTIC BEACH LOCATION! This luxurious home, "Watercolors", is one of the closest single family homes to the beach in Coquina Sands! Just one block in from Gulf Shore Blvd and the beach! It is situated just around the corner from Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, Lowdermilk Park, and First Watch Restaurant. It is stocked with every luxury to pamper you on your beach vacation.

Ideal for entertaining, this exquisitely maintained home boasts an open great room floor plan, and soaring, cathedral ceilings with expansive living space. Recent updates include a completely repainted interior, in designer beach-glass inspired colors, all new (in 2015) furnishings, linens, accessories and more.

A row of three sets of French doors opening to the pool area along with high, soaring ceilings, maximize the bright and open effect of the grand salon living room. The living room combination consists of two oversized upholstered sofas, writing desk, and upholstered easy chair along with entertainment amenities of a large flat panel TV, Blu-ray DVD player, WiFi, full house surround sound music system, and cozy gas fireplace.

Private master retreat is located on the north wing of the residence, and offers a mahogany California King bed suite with matching end tables, leather chair, leather bench, large flat panel TV, and two walk-in closets. Its private en-suite bath has a Jacuzzi tub with separate walk-in shower, his and hers new marble vanities, and water closet with bidet. The master retreat also offers direct access to the pool area via a set of sliding doors. All furnishings and linens new in 2015.

A full office/den is located just off the living room and offers a full-sized leather sleeper sofa, and built-in cherry desk with cabinetry and bookshelves.

The round, wood dining room table with rich upholstered chairs seats six, plus there is an eight person dinette in the kitchen's breakfast nook, and two bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The oversized gourmet kitchen has an island cooktop, granite countertops, new Bosch dishwasher, new capiz shell backsplash, counter TV, contemporary cabinetry, separate bar and coffee areas, plus a butler's pantry with new wine cooler.

The guest bedrooms are located on the south wing of the home and have a shared bath with shower/tub, and new marble double vanity. The queen bedroom has a walk-in closet, and view of the pool and lanai, two comfortable chairs, and a vanity desk. The twin bedroom has two trundle beds, large closet, flatscreen TV with DVR/VCR. All furnishings and linens new in 2015.

The cheerful laundry room has a washer, dryer and ironing board.

The expansive screened deck and covered lanai surrounding the heated pool and waterfall spa offers plenty of very private outdoor space, along with a new gas grill, outdoor shower, and private, professionally landscaped garden with a lush, surrounding hedge. In winter months, help yourself to the property's hybrid lemons and Key limes. In May and June, there are lychee fruits to pick. Tropical trees and flowering plants are beautifully lit at night. An abundance of new lanai furniture is provided including a dining table, two easy chairs with ottomans, reading lamp, and four chaises for afternoon sunbathing. Two new bikes, beach wagon and beach chairs are provided.

This home was purchased and painted in late 2014, and all furnishings are NEW as of 2015; including new, 2015-2017 kitchen and bath updates. It is neat, clean and organized. Every creature comfort has been provided to make a tenant's stay more convenient and enjoyable: lush, oversized beach towels, beach equipment, bikes, beach toys, jigsaw puzzles, board games, coolers, beach reading, and more!

If you like to walk to the beach, this home is ideally located. It is so close to the beach and everything Naples has to offer, including a quick drive or bike ride to fine shopping, dining and entertainment.

Outstanding home in great location

This is the perfect house for a family with several kids or for 2-3 couples. It is a wonderfully built home with a lot of very nice features, and it is furnished perfectly. The master bedroom is very large and the closets/bathroom are large and very very nice. It opens out to the lanai, which is a great feature. The lanai itself is terrific -- very large and very high, so you feel very much outdoors. The pool is a nice size for relaxing/playing. To be honest, we simply liked sitting outside for just about every meal with the sound of the water in the background. Very nice! The kitchen is perfectly stocked to suit even the most active chef. Wine cooler, coffee station, spice supply are all nice touches. Like any house this size, there will be an issue or two over the course of a month. The property manager was extremely responsive the couple times we reached out. We walked to the beach (1-1/2 blocks) almost every night for sunsets. By day, Lowdermilk Park beach is perfect for families, with all the amenities. A couple of restaurants close by as well. They have 2 bikes for use, which made going to 5th Ave or 3rd Street a very pleasant ride. They supply chairs, umbrella, and beach cart as well. There are less expensive properties for rent in Naples to be sure, but not many that can match the location and quality.

You can walk around the corner, 3 minutes north to the beach entrance at Lowdermilk Park; or walk 3 minutes south to Naples Beach Hotel. The hotel has the popular Sunset Beach Bar which holds a live music party every Sunday evening. Or walk a minute north to First Watch restaurant for lunch or breakfast. 5th Avenue and 3rd Street shops and restaurants are an easy bike ride, or five minute drive.

Tenant Pays: $15/per day Partial Electric (per diem) fee. The costs of Long Distance telephone calls and movie rentals are not included.
