The Location

Close to Cabopino Port and beach as well as Nikki beach.

The Vime hotel is the nearest hotel as is Cabopino Golf. The old part of Marbella, the lovely Orange Square and of course Malaga are great to see.

You will need to hire a car and You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy beds, and great views. Good for groups and couples. This Penthouse apartment is brand new.

The space

The apartment is located on a development that when approached has a security office to greet anyone who enters, security cars patrol every evening.

The apartment is located via a lift on the 4th floor, so no stairs to deal with, phew! The apartment has lovely white marble floors, very cooling, all the beds will be made up for you arrival and house towels are also available. No beach towels will be provided.

You will have the full use of the apartment if the booking is for a party of up to 6 people, this includeds the patio terrace and penthouse Solarium with its sun loungers for the sun worshippers. There are several communal swimming pools and jacuzzi's in the beautifully maintained grounds, as well.

Guest access

The whole apartment is for Guests own use during the reservation. There is a double sofa bed for use, so the apartment can sleep 6 very comfortably.

There is a mini market and the newly opened 'Oil' Restaurant & Bar at the start of La Reserva d Marbella, so you do not have to go far to shop or have a tasty meal.

Interaction with guests

A representative will be able to check you in, go through the checklist with you and be available for extra cleaning to be paid directly to her at 15 Euro per hour. This would be separate cleaning charge at the end of the stay, already stated £55.00.

On checkout, you will be met to tick through the checklist and complete a checkout.

Getting around

A car will be needed, collect at the airport, pre-booking is advisable.

Other things to note

Parking is outside the main building, with easy access to the lifts and the apartment through a gated development.

Empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil in Marbella mit Strandnähe

Das Penthouse La Reserva befindet sich in einer Anlage (bewacht) mit Häusern/Wohnungen im gleichen Baustil. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mit einer schönen Poolanlage / Whirlpools. Parkmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden.

Zum Strand sind es ca. 1,6 km, die nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 1 km entfernt (das sich die Anlage auf einer Anhöhe befindet mit wunderbarem Weitblick, benötigt man ein Fahrzeug).

Das Penthouse befindet sich im 2. Stock (Fahrstuhl vorhanden) und ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten) und zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein vollwertiges Bad mit Toilette.

Der Wohnraum ist sehr geräumig und bietet neben einem Esstisch (6 Plätze) eine Couch, die als weitere Schlafgelegenheit für 2 Personen umgebaut werden kann. An dem Wohnzimmer schließt sich ein Balkon, mit einer Sitzgruppe an.

Von hier aus kann man über eine Wendeltreppe auf die darüberliegende Dachterasse gehen; von hier hat man einen wunderschönen Weitblick (ist aber im Sommer auch sehr heiß).

Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und auf 6 Personen ausgerichtet.

Wir verbrachten als Familie im Juli unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung und fanden den Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm (Platzangebot, Ausstattung, Lage) und werden sicherlich nochmal zurückkehren.

TRANSLATION Recommended holiday home in Marbella near the beach The penthouse La Reserva is located in a complex (guarded) with houses / apartments in the same style. It is a very well-kept and quiet area with a beautiful pool area / Jacuzzis. Parking is abundant. The beach is about 1.6 km, the nearest shops are about 1 km away (which is located on a hill with a wonderful view, you need a vehicle). The penthouse is located on the 2nd floor (lift available) and is very well equipped. There are two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and each bedroom has a full bathroom with toilet. The living room is very spacious and offers next to a dining table (6 places) a couch, which can be converted as a further sleeping accommodation for 2 persons. The living room is adjoined to a balcony, with a seating area. From here you can go over a spiral staircase to the roof terrace above; From here you have a beautiful view (but in summer also very hot). The kitchen is sufficiently equipped and geared for 6 people. We stayed as a family in July our holiday in the apartment and found the stay as very pleasant (space, facilities, location) and will certainly return again.
