Perfectly located, this unique Crested Butte home is just one block from Elk Avenue. The main floor has been recently renovated, offering an open floor plan for kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, and a full bath.

An additional separate living space is located on the top level of the house. In its original "Crested Butte funky design", this one bedroom, full bath with its own kitchen, offers great views of Mt. comfortable and well-located in town

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our week-long stay! This property is comfortable and

has lots of room with a separate upstairs "apartment." Location is super convenient, walking distance to everything in town. We are looking forward to future stays!

Great location

  • 4 of 5

Our first time to Crested Butte and we wanted the convenience of staying close to downtown and this location did not disappoint. We walked everywhere.

The home is decorated nicely downstairs and was very clean. We did not cook but the kitchen looked well stocked and even had a drawer full of spices. We have rented many homes through Homeaway (and even own our own vacation rental) and that was a first.

Overall a great stay but the pillows on the beds are terrible. I know it's hard to please everyone but these were flat and extremely uncomfortable. The upstairs has not been redone and smells musty. The couch upstairs was also covered in dog hair.

Perfect location!

  • 4 of 5

Wonderful location! A lot of space inside and out to gather as a family! Lots of storage for clothes, bikes, etc. Easy check in and out. Owners were wonderful to work with. Beds were on the firm side and pillows a little flat. Would have been nice to have newer towels but they worked! Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home for a family vacation!

  • 5 of 5

Excellent choice for our trip to Crested Butte. I thought the house was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil we could need, and the grocery store was a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed walking all around town and never once used our vehicle while we were on our vacation. The beds were comfortable as well. Great family home and a wonderful place to bring young kids. This home even has a beautiful view of Mt. Crested Butte.

Terrific house, wonderful stay.

  • 5 of 5

Can't beat this location, one block from main street and even closer to Camp4 coffee. We didn't use our car for a week! Mountain Bike trails accessible from house. Wonderful fenced in backyard with plenty of shade. Our family stayed in main part of house which has an open floor plan with lots of big windows. Very nice and super clean. We had some friends join us and stay in the upstairs apartment which was a great amenity. Would come again!

Great location and nice backyard for kids and dogs

  • 3 of 5

This house is in a great location, being a block from Camp4 Coffee and Elk St. The backyard is also great for dogs and for kids as there is nice grass and a nice little swing set. The downstairs in the house has just been remodeled so is as depicted in the pictures - was great! There is a cute little kids room our young boys slept in. They loved it. The reason we gave it three stars, was that when we rented, we were lead to believe the upstairs, which rents separately, was even nicer than the downstairs - it is not. The upstairs has not yet been remodelled and is very outdated... curtains falling off the walls, old grungy rug, walls with cracks and holes in them. That being said, renting the upstairs was very inexpensive (so I guess you get what you pay for :), but I would still not recommend renting the upstairs. Just as a heads up, the exterior of this entire house is in dire need of paint, but this didn't really bother us.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback. Since your stay we have replaced the carpet, installed new windows and updated the furniture and linens. I think you would find it much more to your standards. We hope you come again.
