2nd time staying here and it's so lovely. We were able to explore a lot more of the surrounding area this time and had an absolute blast. Thanks so much! Kindly, Team CAL (Creative Audio Lab)

We had a great stay in the bighorn lodge!! The space in the house was perfect for our large group!!

  • 5 of 5

The space was perfect for our large group! There was ample parking for our vehicles with trailers. The location was perfect - we had access to several ATV trails within a short distance from the cabin. Highly recommend - we will be back!!!

Amazing house/lodge

  • 5 of 5

We had 4 couples stay in the house/lodge for a week to enjoy UTV riding out of the trails near St. Elmo's (less than 10 miles down the road). The accommodations were wonderful, very neat and clean. The scenery was totally amazing and the wildlife was abundant. We were extremely happy with all aspects of the house especially the number of full bathrooms with showers. The main living area downstairs opens up to the wildlife refuge which made for joyful meals. The driveway accommodated 2 F250 trucks pulling 30 foot trailers easily. The sounds of the spring running through the property made sleeping with the windows open awesome!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of the Colorado Rockies and wildlife.

Eight women on a vacation adventure

  • 5 of 5

Tony, your lodge is BEAUTIFUL! We are a group of eight women who travel together every summer. We really enjoyed watching our own wildlife show every morning and evening. We loved the layout of the lodge. There were plenty of places to sneak off and read a book for a bit, or call home, or just have some down time. Everybody had their own space when they needed it. The main kitchen was very well equipped and met all of our cooking needs. Our Colorado Adventure was fabulous because we had such a wonderful home base. Thanks for that!

Gorgeous view, perfect house!

  • 5 of 5

We were looking for a retreat from the Colorado Front Range with 3 other families and found Tony's home to be absolutely perfect. We were in awe that such a house existed for rent! The view from the kitchen and porch were out of this world, looking right over a wildlife preserved meadow, and into the valley of Chalk Creek Canyon with its towering mountains. We spent the first evening repeating, "this is ridiculous, unreal, too good to be true..." The highlight for our group was enjoying cocktail hour on the porch, warm sunlight washing over us, big horn sheep and deer grazing in the meadow, and all the while having great conversation with friends. We had our young children with us so we especially loved that they could ride their bikes around the driveway circle (self-contained and safe recreation on site for little ones!). We also had a great time roasting smores at the campfire just outside the house. The house itself is modern and beautiful with comfortable beds. And of course the main reason we chose this location is because it's 3 miles from Princeton Hot Springs! Tony the homeowner was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and even arranged for his management company to promptly mail me a charger that I accidentally left plugged in - life saver! Thanks for a wonderful retreat, Tony. We will certainly return and recommend that our friends do, too.

A wonderful cabin with beautiful views and wildlife around

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was much better than the pictures.. It looks really beautiful and is located right at a wildlife view point. Only a short distance away to some snow covered peaks (early May). There's bird food hanging near the windows so you can relax and enjoy the birds from the kitchen or the dining room.. Nice surroundings... The owner also has a good selection of movies if you're interested.. We had a wonderful stay there!
