Welcome to Las Cascadas, a great community within Pedregal, the most exclusive place in all of Cabo San Lucas. When you arrive to the condo’s private entry courtyard, you’ll encounter beautiful accent lighted natural rock and the grilling area. As you move through it and enter the living area, its Travertine floors will lead the way into a tastefully furnished space, finding the granite wrapped kitchen and the beautiful wooden Mexican crafted dining table that seats six. Further into the condo, you’ll find the “L” shaped living room equipped with a 60” LED SmartTV, SKY Satellite service with HBO package, Netflix & Blu-ray player, all for your viewing & entertainment pleasure. Finally, past the living room you’ll encounter the 330 sq. ft. terrace, where you’ll gaze upon the beautiful view of the valley, mountains, downtown Cabo, the Marina & Bay, with the Sea of Cortez further beyond. The terrace doors will all slide to one side, to give you a great sense of open space and connect the living room area, both during the day or at night, and ultimately let you take pleasure of the ever-changing views that the place has to offer. All in all, you’ll enjoy a total of 1,475 sq. ft. of air conditioned living space, plus the courtyard & terrace, making a total of 2,000 sq. ft. just for you!

The condo has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a plush king size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted to form another king size. Each room has beautiful wooden closets to store all of your clothing, plus convenient hotel-style luggage racks. The master bathroom offers double vanity sinks atop a granite counter, with an oversized mirror, as well as a walk-in shower equipped with a rain showerhead & tempered glass door. All bedroom, bathroom and shower floors are also Travertine, plus the shower walls, giving a great style to all living spaces. The second bathroom is equally equipped & furnished, with a single vanity sink. The accommodations provide the luxury of a hotel, with the coziness from home. All bedrooms have their own programmable AC unit, as well as ceiling fan. Large living room sofa can be used as additional bedding for 1 adult or 2 children, with AC & ceiling fan as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes, silverware, and glassware that you’ll need. All the brand new stainless steel appliances you’ll require are conveniently located within this space: gas range w/self-cleaning oven, over-the-range microwave with venting system, 25 cu. ft. capacity side-by-side refrigerator and large capacity dishwasher. Enjoy the immense island to let loose on your culinary skills.

We provide free Wi-Fi for you, as well as a landline with unlimited minutes to the US, Canada & most of the World. SKY satellite service has no direct PPV setup, available upon request. Small Blu-Ray video collection. SmartTv has subscription to Netflix, feel free to use the guest account. Clothing washer/dryer combo in service area, with supplies included, plus iron & hair dryer, among other everyday appliances & utensils to feel at home.

About The Owner

We've always lived in Mexico City, one of the busiest & most crowded cities in the world. Since we were children, the promise of beach vacations was always a guarantee of a good time, so we both love to get away as much as possible with our kids to these type of destinations. We're hard working independent professionals in the education realm, making our part to create a better society thru today's kids.

Why The Owner chose Cabo San Lucas

On our first visit to Cabo, we decided that this was definitely the place we'd like to vacation regularly at, and fortunately the opportunity came up to acquire this exceptional place in the famed Pedregal community. This location within Cabo is excellent, being so close to everything, but conveniently not in the middle of it all. Cabo is the place where there's always something happening, but at the same time it's a place where you can relax & chill from the stresses of everyday life.

What makes this condo unique

Las Cascadas has the best of what a condominium should offer: a fantastic view out of every window, great amenities (present & future), as well as a great owner community that will make you feel right at home if you choose to enjoy drinks at the pool or a night out to dine with them. Plus, you reap all of the benefits of being within the Pedregal community, such as security, the private beach & sports facilities for kids and grown-ups, etc., which no other place in Cabo can offer!

We spent two amazing weeks at this Las Cascadas condo. The pictures shown are exactly what you will find when you open the front door, after passing through the lovely outer patio.

Andres was very helpful and easy to work with as we made our plans to stay in his rental. He is always available via email and telephone, and will get back to you promptly.

The Pedregal ("The Beverly Hills of Los Cabos") location is secure 24/7, and we felt very comfortable walking from the condo into town.

We would not hesitate to recommend this condominium, and we would certainly rent here again. Thank you Andres for being such a gracious host.

Great family Christmas

Our family of 4 spent 11 days over Christmas at this condo and had a wonderful time. Andres, the owner, and Kristen, the property manager, were unbelievably accommodating. Kristen helped us with the simplest of tasks and arranged airport transportation and excursions for us. The view from the condo is spectacular and the condo was even better in person than it is on these great pictures. Very clean, very modern and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed bar-b-queing in the back grotto, swimming in the pool/hot tub and enjoying margaritas overlooking the city at night. The walk to the Marina took us about 15 minutes but be prepared for a challenging 30 minute climb home. We walked to the marina almost every day we were there and we recommend returning home after the sun has set behind the mountain as we found it more difficult walking in the heat.The condo is located in a very safe area with excellent security, we never felt uncomfortable while we were there or while we were walking to any destination. Andres & Kristen, thank you so much for a family vacation we will never forget. The Parkers.

Beautiful property just as advertised

We stayed at this lovely condo in October. The condo is just as it is pictured, spaciously, modern and beautifully decorated. Andres the owner, Kristen and Fabian, the property managers were professional, welcoming and responsive to our questions and requests. The view from this property is spectactular. Although there is construction occurring in the area next to the property, we did not find it to be disturbing. It is a 15 minute walk to the Marina area in Cabo. Taxis are readily available for those who may not be fond of an invigorating climb returning from the Marina. We would absolutely book this property again!

Great property, fantastic views of the city and Marina, night views were awesome as well. Easy in and out and condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable break. Close to town and shopping, could easily walk but we had a rental car instead. everyone was nice and made it a great stay

Amazing condo!!!

The condo was absolutely AMAZING. It was so beautiful and true to the photos (actually better in person). The condo is located in Las Cascadas, a development within the exclusive gated community of Pedregal, the best location in town. You can either walk into downtown Cabo or take a very short trip by car, and find all that it offers: 5 star restaurants, the Marina, shopping, bars & great nightlife. While staying in Pedregal, you can take advantage of the private beach, tennis courts, jogging track, kids playground, spa and bistro restaurant, which are only available to owners/guests. Las Cascadas also offers several amenities in its first Phase, such as an infinity pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill with seating area & lounge chairs. Phase II of the development (currently under construction) will offer additional amenities to guests, such as a top notch gym/spa, larger pools & sundries shop, amongst others. You can enjoy two indoor assigned parking spots, should you rent a vehicle or motorcycle. The condo is accessible via elevator. Our property manager will be happy to arrange any fishing trips, airport transportation, stocking of goods and drinks prior to your arrival and any other service you may think of. Each service could incur its own fee.

Cancellations that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment, minus deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Changes can be made up until five (5) working days of the arrival date, without penalty. However, if they result in a shortened stay, it will incur in a 5% penalty fee. Changes made within five (5) working days will also generate a 5% penalty fee.

Additional 3% lodging tax to be charged in near future, per Mexican Tax Law.

Upfront cleaning fee (for after departure) is $58 US dollars incl. VAT. Housekeeper / Maid service is available upon request during your stay, with the following breakdown: General cleaning, making beds, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, laundry (fresh bath/pool towels and linens) for $40-50 US dollars each time, depending on time required (plus VAT).
