The property is also well located for Everton and Anfield (68 Bus) football grounds but don't worry if you don't like football it isn't close enough to get traffic on match day.
PLEASE NOTE that one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor at the front of the property. This is typical for the area and blackout blinds means you keep your privacy.

Myself or the management company may pop by to check you are settled in ok and answer any questions.
You will have access to the number of bedrooms required for the number of guests as you can appreciate the high cost of washing all linen. For example if you have booked as a couple I would kindly ask that you only use the main bedroom as to save on cleaning and laundry costs which are expensive to the environment and my pocket!!
You will have access to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom on all stays.
We are located off site and so we will only be able to answer questions via text or email or if we are in the area we may pop in to check everything is ok.
On street parking - usually no parking issues directly outside the house.
