It is a luxury apartment, very bright, modern and near the estuary just minutes from the Guggenheim, Casco Viejo and Abando museum. Ample parking is available easily accessible within two minutes walk.

Located in a perfect location to visit Bilbao leisurely walk along the walks along the estuary.

It has two bedrooms with individual bathrooms, spacious living room with a dining table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking west facing perfect to enjoy the sunset quietly. The apartment has central heating.

Why Inigo Torrontegui chose Castaños

I completely reformed this apartment and it is where I was supposed to live so everything is decorated with affection.

The neighborhood looks fantastic to me. It is a few minutes walk from anywhere without having to go up or down slopes. Also in a few meters are in the river walk that goes from the old area (Casco Viejo) to the Euskalduna Congress Palace passing through the Guggenheim and the University of Deusto.

On the other hand the neighborhood is very quiet with supermarkets, banks and cafes. For convenience, there is a modern garage space with easy access to a few meters.

What makes this apartment unique

Both rooms are quiet. They are perfect for sleeping placidly after a long day.

The living room is spacious and bright. The terrace is oriented to the West so it is perfect to enjoy the sunset sitting quietly.

The kitchen is square, spacious and fully equipped.

The house has central heating so there is always a good temperature throughout the house and there is no problem that the hot water runs out.

Angenehme Unterkunft in prima Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Bilbao. Die Wohnung ist Klasse gelegen, 5 Min Fußweg zum Guggenheim, viele Lokale und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unterkunft war sauber und entsprach dem Bild, das wir hier gewonnen hatten. Eine runde Sache. Ankunft und Abreise waren unproblematisch. Einzig das WiFi war manchmal wirklich langsam, aber das ist zu verschmerzen.
