Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Let me walk you through it a little more...
The house has a really spacious and colourful living room which has a real family feel to it and is set over 2 floors. There are comfy sofas for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! Fancy an evening off? Then sit back, relax and turn on the flat screen TV in the lounges or the bedroom. There are plenty of channels for you to enjoy. The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip, try out Brixton food market which is just one stop away on the tube. You will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here!
If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!
There are two double bedrooms in the house. Both bedrooms are spacious with colourful homely touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings.
Finally, the property also benefits from 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and one has a bath (which really is a treat in central London)! The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London.
The house comes with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Last note, on August 26th 2017, scaffolding will go up on the external side of the building to commence painting. This will not interrupt your stay at all, just that you will see scaffolding on the exterior of the building.
The house is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it's prepared for each new visitor.

The apartment is located in South London in the area of Vauxhall. This location is perhaps little known by visitors to London but is a favourite for locals. And for a good reason, the location is hard to beat! Here, you will be near the Thames, opposite the Tate Britain and in walking distance to Waterloo - it is certainly in the busy, urban heart of the city. That being said however, if you are looking for some zen, green space then take a trip to Vauxhall Park which is beloved by locals for it’s lavender garden, children’s playground and adorable model village. If you are really green fingered, then make sure you check out the nearby Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens as they host cool events throughout the year, including the Winter Wonderland in December.
If you are up for exploring other areas nearby then you will love Clapham. This area is a firm favourite with young professionals and is famous for having the busiest tube station in London! Many people relocate here for the chance of barbecues in the huge green space of Clapham Common and for the buzzing night life and pub scene. There are also cute coffee shops and independent restaurants to try out here.
We're a five to seven minute walk from Vauxhall train and bus station offering Victoria line tube to the West End / North and South London, buses to a huge variety of destinations across London and over ground train one stop to Waterloo or out to Surrey / Richmond / Windsor / Wimbledon and beyond.
We are also a 10 minute walk from Oval tube station - Northern line tube to the city / west end (Leicester Square / Charing Cross / Covent Garden) / North London and South London - Clapham and Tooting. There are few places in London that are so well connected! The River Thames, Southbank, Houses of Parliament & Big Ben, London Eye, Aquarium, National Theatre, Royal Festival Hall, Oval cricket ground and IMax cinema are all within walking distance.
