The Great Room features vaulted ceilings, custom LED lighting and travertine flooring, creating a space that is modern, yet warm and inviting. Anchored by a stacked stone natural gas fireplace with comfortable seating for all, this space is sure to be a popular gathering area for all guests!
The updated kitchen features cherry wood cabinetry, new quartz countertops, six-burner Wolf professional gas range, and wall mounted HDTV. The kitchen offers abundant dinnerware, glassware and cooking implements to inspire any level of culinary creativity, including pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster, basic cooking utensils and condiments. This home features numerous dining options including the formal dining area located adjacent to the kitchen, alfresco poolside dining, or seating at the kitchen island for informal meals.
When it is time to retire for the evening, each of the three guest suites features queen sized beds, flat screen HD TV, dressers and nightstands, with private en-suite bathrooms offering a single vanity, commode and updated custom tile walk-in shower. Each suite also features new flooring, ceiling fans and USB wall sockets for easy charging of your mobile devices, as well as new faucets, shower valves, and exhaust fans in each of the three en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has two queen beds and each of the other bedrooms has a queen size bed (four queen beds in total).

-Reasonable Use: Tenant agrees to use the Premises only as a private vacation residence for themselves and the other individuals listed as registered guests of Tenant. Tenant and registered guests agree to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb the neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of their properties, and that failure to do so shall be Tenant’s sole responsibility. Accordingly, Tenant shall follow the owners house rules. Furthermore, Tenant agrees that any noise disturbances resulting in a call from a neighbor, a visit by the city, law or code enforcement, will result in a fine by the city. Any violation including noise is strictly prohibited. Tenant shall not make or suffer any alteration to the Premises. Tenant further agrees that they will not allow the Premises to be used for any improper or illegal purposes.
