Plan to fall in love with your new "home" in Charleston. Ideal for families or two couples - the quiet, tucked away location is the best secret in town.

As a standalone house, this 1200sq ft cottage offers 2 large bedrooms that each have their own private bathroom as well as laundry upstairs. The downstairs is an open floorplan with spacious kitchen, living, dining, powder room and charming garden patio with outdoor shower.

You cannot beat the location. The NOOK is at the heart of Cannonborough tucked down a quiet corridor just off Spring Street. You are a short walk to the Upper King St. Restaurant District and within three blocks to local favorites Hominy Grill, Lana, Five Loaves, Xiao Bao, Sugar Bakeshop and Wildflour Bakery. Put on your tennis shoes for a 45 minute walk to South of Broad, The Battery, Colonial Lake or even to historic attractions such as The Market or Waterfront Park.

The NOOK offers traditional charm with modern amenities and efficiencies!

Amenities include: hardwood floors throughout, stainless appliances, ceiling fans in bedrooms, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and lovely patio.

Linens are included. Household items/appliances include microwave, coffee maker, 42 inch television, gas range and electric oven, disposal, fridge, ice maker, toaster, tea kettle, speaker connection, hairdryer, iron and board, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

There is one parking space directly in front of the house that is available to our guests at no additional charge.

This was a first home purchase - new construction in 2007. It has been a family home for many years that we now share with guests~!

Quiet, private location, tucked down a side street. Private and gated courtyard patio. Each bedroom with own private full bath as well as main floor 1/2 bath. Dedicated off-street parking. Local and professional neighbors. Great light and cozy vibe throughout! Central location to downtown or outer boroughs for beach access.

Wonderful place--great location--easy in and easy out

This property is awesome!!!

This is my 2nd visit to The Nook and love it as much this time as last time! We had a girls weekend and were able to relax and have a little space and enjoy the outside patio area. Beds are comfy, beautiful décor and a full kitchen! Location is ideal, steps from King Street, and also very close to new hot restaurants!

The house was beautiful, clean and crisp. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were perfect. The owner was kind and very helpful. Great location to school, CofC, a good walk. Fun little shops in the area. Neiborhoid is run down a little but not a problem at all.
