Bikes can be rented from Two Brothers Bike Shop in the village (ask for Adam) bike paths all around island,..or you can rent two bikes from us for $50 per bike per week..

2 parking spots in front of unit. Laundry detergent provided.

1 block from The Club fitness center with daily and weekly membership (not included in rate)

linens, towels, hangers, dishes, iron, blow dryer included, utilities included.....basic cable included....

5 minute drive to village, beaches, shopping, and grocery store (Winn Dixie and Harris Teeter)

Happy Island Escape

This adorable townhouse has everything you need for a fun "Island Escape". Even though it is a condo, it feels very private, as it is only steps away from its own secluded island, right off the deck. This unit is cheerfully decorated, with bright colors and pictures throughout. And it is just a bike-ride away from the St. Simon's Pier & beaches. (We LOVED being able to use the 2 bikes!!) The complex also has a swimming pool, but we were too busy exploring St. Simon's Island to ever use it. (Fried Shrimp at Iguana's is the best on the planet!) Can't wait to return & stay longer!!

We loved St. Simons Island. We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and adequately stocked for our needs. We loved the price because it afforded us the ability to do more during our stay.

Great location because we wanted to go to both islands

OVER all the place was what we we're looking for the price and we loved the deck over the water and feeding the turtles everyday! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the condo had everything we needed. We will stay here again for sure.

Needs Some Improvements

The condo was hard to get into to. The front door sticks and you had to push on it to open it. The door to the patio would not close and when it did it was hard to open. The condo was just cleaned but I wondered about the upstairs bathroom. The tub was dirty and mold was in the caulking around the tub. Also the toilet was filthy. Was disappointed there was not a hairdryer. Had to go and buy one. Also no ironing board or beach towels to use at the pool. Major leak in the coffee pot. Would have liked crisp linen sheets not the dark brown jersey ones they had on the beds. Overall the condo could use some help in the decorating department. It was a mix of a boys fraternity house trying to incorporate a beach theme. The low rate was great but I guess you get what you pay for.

Owner's Response: We have replaced all the locks to our unit. Unfortunately, several renters dropped the keys under the porch and they could not retrieve them. Every time new keys are made the locks are not as easy to access. We just bought a new coffee pot for last guest, I wish you would have said something during your stay. We would have been happy to replace it. The sheets are from Bed Bath and Beyond and are quality Wamsutta brand. We do have an iron and minI ironing board in 2nd bedroom closet and there is a blow dryer in half bath on lower level. I have advised the cleaning crew on your bathroom concerns and they have been resolved. Thank you for your review.

Better than expected

When we first came in we were amazed of how comfortable we felt. The beach theme was cute. We have family here that we visit. It was perfect for our family with 3 boys. It was like being at home with all of the amenities. We definitely will be staying here when we come back down. Diane & Ernie were quick to answer any questions I had in a timely manner & left goodies for when we arrived. Thank you!
