Aloha Kakou,

I'm Loren and I am a 2nd generation Real Estate Broker and I am the broker-in-charge and partner of Graham Properties Inc., a family-owned real estate firm.

In my role, I manage new agents and oversees the firm’s marketing, advertising and promotion.

Born and raised in Hawaii, I earned my real estate license in 2005. Before that, I lived in Japan where I taught English and surfed.

Hawaii is a very unique and special place and Hawaii Real Estate is no exception to this fact.

With the rapidly expanding international buyers/sellers, I have been invited abroad multiple times do give educational seminars on Hawaii's real estate buying and selling process. Being born and raised in Hawaii and having lived in Japan for a short while, I have identified the need to bridge the cultural gap that can lead to miscommunication, misconceptions, and hardships. In order to help bridge this gap, I have implemented the "after care" program which gives support to new residents to help them adjust to Hawaii life.

I volunteer with Na Kama Kai, teaching children water safety, surfing and ocean environmental awareness.

Great location! Well equipped for a tiny apartment!

The location and value cannot be beaten. You are a couple of blocks away from the beach, and all of the restaurants and shops there. There is a stop for "TheBus" on the corner right beside the apartment, and if you are driving a rental car, the best place to park it was in the Waikiki Banyan car park, for $20 for 24 hours, and you can drive in and out as you please. The queen bed was comfy, and the apartment was well equipped for breakfast or small meals (a two ring hot plate, pots, plans plates and utensils, a microwave and a fridge/freezer on the lanai). The only down sides are that the kitchen / bathroom area could do with updating, but it's clean, just looks a bit aged; and that the a/c unit is loud (but in the end we just opened the windows). A very good pick and we very much enjoyed our time there.

Great value and location

I found the studio to be clean and in a great location (just a few short blocks from the beach). The sliding glass door to the balcony was a pain to open and close and needs to be repaired/replaced. Other than that, my only other issue was arrival communication as Loren did not respond to my call when I needed help getting into the unit, so I had to call the main office instead and they were very helpful. Recommend for value and location, but could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable/smooth.

Great location

Good unit in a great location. Handy to public transport, restaurants, bars, shopping and beach of course. Secure. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours. Was great having the air con too!

Very convenient location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Loren's place. Very convenient location! Easy access to shopping and the beach, as well as bus lines. The walls were a little thin so people talking in neighboring rooms can occasionally be heard, but mostly quiet and peaceful. Building is very secure. Parking was a little tough to maneuver in but there are other public garages nearby for reasonable rates.

Fantastic location!

Had a small hiccup during checkin (place wasn't ready til 4pm) but Loren and his team quickly responded and remedied the situation. The location is fantastic, sooo close to the beach and restaurants. Overall I had a great stay.

Awesome condo! Great for couples

This place is very cute for couples. Theres a couple things that can be improved but very clean and afforable. Close to the beach and everythings walking distance to what we need. Awesome condo!
