My wife and I stayed here for 2.5 months and really enjoyed our stay for this entire duration. It had everything needed to live there! Best part is the location, 2 min from the beach and near the bus lines. My only complaint is the door to get to the lanai which got stuck sometimes.
Stay here if you want to save money while still having everything you need in a GREAT location!!
My partner and I stayed in this rental for 8 days. The apartment is just as depicted. It works well for two people. It may look small, but it’s really all you need (unless you’re looking for a full kitchen). It has everything you would need for your stay.
The apartment itself is great. It’s tastefully furnished, not overly done. It’s more modern with some of the furnishings and the lanai is great for evening and morning cocktails. It doesn’t really have a view, but unless you’re on the top of Diamond Head crater, views are skewed. The fridge is located outside which working perfectly. There is air conditioning and it was so nice to come home too! It’s not loud and is in very good working order. The bathroom could use a little touching up in the tub and the tub surround. More than 4 towels for 2 people would be great but I am sure it would suffice for 1 person. Most importantly (for me at least) was cleanliness. I have heard some people talk about cockroaches and bugs in buildings that are close to the beach. Well, I can confidently advise this apartment was quite clean, fresh, and I did not feel that I would be taking any little creatures home. The mattress is very, well protected so bed bugs would not be an issue.
The location was more amazing than expected. On the map, you see it’s a few blocks from the beach which is awesome. But for anyone that knows Waikiki, Kuhio Avenue runs parallel to Kalakaua Ave. These 2 streets have all the shopping, transit options, and convenience of restaurants, bars, and lounges. Everything it literally within walking distances. We had no idea just how convenient this place was. What a great spot!
Loren was great with answering my questions before booking. I did try to be in touch with him just before arriving but did not receive a response nor a friendly check in (we arrived really late). However, the instructions provided are very easy to follow and there is a security guard to assist with any issues you may have.
The caring manager, Loren is helpful and responsive on communication.
The place is quiet and convenient, kitchenette with everything you need.
The only thing is the bath tub with some rust, but overall is a great place to stay!
I enjoyed my nearly a month stay here very much.

Great location in Waikiki, only 3 blocks from the beach and lots of great restaurants and stores nearby! Owner was very friendly and tentative. Building was nice. Room was clean and perfect size for two people. Air conditioning definitely improved the stay during a hot week! Liked the closet space and the two sinks. Lanai was nice as well.
Only negatives: Soap dispenser didn't work properly, tub was in need of repair, kitchen sink was a little loose and the faucet came off.
Otherwise great stay, enjoyed the rental with my partner.
