* Second bedroom (double bed) with built-in wardrobe, TV and balcony.

* Third bedroom (with 1 queen and 1 single bed), a small desk, walk in robe and small store room.

* One secure off street parking space available (on-street permits available, at cost price, from Council).

The house also has a fully equipped laundry, a lovely sunny courtyard off the kitchen with outdoor furniture and BBQ, linking up to the backyard.

Located 2 mins easy walk into Bondi Junction with huge shopping centre, cinemas, restaurants, and major transport services. About 10 mins by bus to Bondi Beach.

Fully self contained, with linen, towels etc. All you need are clothes and toiletries!

Amzing!

We came from the US for our son's wedding. We wanted a place that was large enough for two families to gather for meals and finish up last minute wedding details together. This was perfect! The house was beautiful and clean (even better in person than in the pictures) with everything we needed! Good instructions on how to use everything and great communications with Deborah and Niña. The view from the upper balcony was breathtaking and we were even able to experience watching fireworks over the harbor on our last night stay because of the City2Surf run the next day! The buses and Westfield Mall are just a short 5 -10 minute walk away. We even walked to Centennial Park and Bondi Beach from the house. It's about 1/2 hour walk, but that is our favorite way to explore. Driving in Sydney is another story and we would never do it! Our new daughter-in-law and her family who are from Australia did the driving! So just a heads up, the street for this house is very narrow and almost impossible to park in the garage. You would simply have to park a little way up the street. Definitely not a deterrent and certainly worth it to stay in that house!

Could not have picked anything better. So pleased with our time there and will not stay anywhere else if we make it back.
